I have storage at Safestore Slough and I would like to make a special mention of Kam. She is a very pleasant and extremely helpful lady. She went out of her way to offer different solutions for me which resulted in a great reduction in my monthly fee. If you need storage in and around Slough then don't hesitate and go and speak to Kam.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Safestore Slough burnham road. I received an email confirming my move-out date for the 18th of March, yet they still charged me for a full month on the 9th of March. When I tried to address this overcharge, the staff Kam Ria were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is unacceptable to be charged for time I'm not even using, especially when met with such bad behavior from the staff.
so be careful from she store manager she is stealing money professionally and didn’t know about customer service very unprofessional in customer service.

Avoid this place if you value your money and being treated with respect.

Make sure you keep an eye on your renewal prices as it can go up +100%.

I was very happy with Safestore Slough. I was storing long term, and because I was prepared to sign a 12 month contract, I got a reasonable deal. Then comes the 266% price increase. I try to negotiate a lower, more reasonable price, and get told that the best they can do is substantially more than all of their local competitors. Pure greed, so have given notice.

Dreadful company. They knowingly trick you into agreeing a contract only to hike the price 20% or more after 6 months.

We're talking to Trading Standards & Consumer watchdogs about this company. They hide all kinds of things in the small print and pretend that's okay, when they need to overtly tell you what they're doing before you sign, and that they will be increasing your price in 6 months.

When the staff attentively listened to you and what your specific needs are and then work with you to find the best solution, now I call that excellent customer service. I have been extremely impressed by Kam and Mahmoud who go beyond what is expected from them. Every time I go to the safestore, they greet me with a smile, ask me how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help me, absolutely brilliant. When I receive an invoice and before I've actually looked at my mail, they give me a courtesy call to say hi, you have just received your invoice and if there's anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to give us a call. I have to be very honest safestore wasn't my first choice but I can assure you it was definitely my best choice, and I have clearly highlighted this to all my friends, my family members. who will also be looking at safestore, should they need them and that this will be their 1st choice. Quote was easy to get and the teams answered the phone very quickly as well. The service was explained in a very clear way. It all felt very easy as our first experience storing stuff outside of the house. The staff were excellent on the phone and in person. The place looks very safe and clean. Good price point and offers. Thanks a lot!

There are other competing storage companies that would be more convenient to me based purely on location, but my experience of the staff and atmosphere at Safestore Slough ensure they continue to win my business.
