Safestore - Stevenage レビュー 

Staff that talk to you like a child have a lot of attitude & shouldn’t be in a job they don’t like clearly. I wouldn’t recommend safe store Stevenage.

Got a good deal when I first signed up and told there was a 2 week notice. Rang up the day after I had paid cor another month (had fo wait for house to exchage) to give 2 weeks notice. Told no refund as contract written in their favour. Said fine but you cannot use it for the period I have paid for. Same obnoxious guy rang me up a few days later to chatise me for emptying the store and not informing them! Told me he would mark it as vacant and sell it on. When i argued that as I had paid for 3 more weeks I expected it to remain mine and empty. He continued to argue with me, i had given up, despite the fact he said he had 3 customers waiting for his help. Incredulous that he preferred arguing with me to helping these customers, i hung up.

Truly a great experience, great storage facilities, great security system and exceptionally great staff.
A bottomless pit of knowledge as far storing and keeping your items safe and secure.
Took time to explain and demo storage procedures that highly impressed.
I highly recommend safe store.
Prices are competitive but fair.

Wanted to change my payment method and Tasha at Safestore Stevenage has been extremely helpful. She always goes the extra mile to ensure things get done correctly and is always a smiley happy welcoming face. 😊

Having received very good service from Tasha on our first arrival to register at your Stevenage branch, my wife and I are happy to write that the friendly helpfulness and prompt responses from both Tasha and Kunal have continued to aid us on our further visits.

I called up to make an enquiry and just spoke to a lovely young lady called Tasha. It was a pleasure to speak to her and she was extremely helpful. After speaking to her I felt compelled to review. What a lovely lady she was.

Expressed an interest in a Safestore storage unit in Stevenage. They were very responsive until i told them that I wanted to take them up on their £1 offer for the first month. Does this offer even exist or is it perhaps a ploy to initiate a conversation followed by numerous email followups hmmmm !!

NOT a good experience with Safestore unfortunately. Just beware of the stringent rules regarding notice. If the 14 day notice goes into the next invoice period you will be charged for the full month extra. I vacated the storage unit on March 13th and am having to pay up until April 25th, so 6 vacant weeks of not using the facility. TOTALLY INFLEXIBLE admin system - I'll be going to an independent storage company next time that care about getting repeat custom.

The staff are nice and the facilities clean, tidy and accessible. However, the massive and regular price increases are not something that you are warned about. I’m now paying double what a new customer would pay for the same unit, which having been a customer for 2 years is slightly upsetting. I could actually rent a room in a shared house to store my things in for cheaper.

We were having a difficult transition moving our business site from old to new , we used Safestore to bridge the gap and they were impeccable with their service and support , i would strongly recommend Safestore to any businesses or for any personal use.

This is the second Safestore Self Storage I have used over the past four or so years and I can say with conviction, certainty and with confidence that I have always been treated exceptionally well by the staff in Woodgreen/Enfield and now I am pleased to say the same thing about the staff in Stevenage. A big thank you to Mo and Asfaar as well as the gentleman who booked me in on Sunday with Mo. I felt very well taken care of by the two gentlemen who were ever so polite when they were getting my contract ready. But, even more so, I must add that I am so grateful to Calum who was on duty on Sunday, the 1/09/2024, who did not hesitate, but immediately left what he was doing, went out of his way to assist me in searching for my keys and helped me to retrieve them when I lost them on the premises. Very thoughtful he was and kind; quick to find a solution and was ready to help. Wonderful staff, all of them. I feel confident my items are safe as I was well taken care of. I will definitely recommend Safestore Self storage any time and will not hesitate to use this Safestore again when I need to in the future. It was the experience with the wonderful staff at the Safestore in Woodgreen/Enfield that led me to use the one in Stevenage without any hesitation and I am satisfied with the exceptional service I am getting.

Received excellent service,Callum made sure i was informed very well.Time was limited but he stayed open for an extra hour waiting for a customer to arrive which was to my benefit,Nothing was a problem,He was very helpful,Top man

Customer service is immaculate! Please, raise their pay. Especially Danny, such a great job. Keep it up!

Great customer service durring the first 8 weeks, then obtained a verbal agreement by the assistant manager not to uplift the rate nor to run the BACS payment as I was only going to just go over the 8 week rental. However, guess what....rate WAS doubled AND direct debit was run. When challenged, staff were very polite but kept referring me to the contract! WARNING make sure you read the small print AND record any and every conversation with front desk staff. Apparently no complaints or escalation mechanism available either, effectively like it or lump it, won't use again.
Thanks for the platitude reply @safestore, yet, I wont hold any hope of the depot contacting me to resolve to satisfaction. I continue with the warning to others, be very careful with this company!
