I can’t believe there is no hand sanitizer stations in the bowling areas. The holes in those balls are an absolute quagmire of disease. I had to watch our party like a hawk to make sure nobody touche... もっと見る

Not the best
We keep going to TenPin because it’s cheaper and closer than King Pin. It’s hard work checking in - I feel like this should be so much easier. You have to walk to the furthest point in the building, through packed seating areas and then queue in a muddle of bar customers. Then it’s back to the lanes to find out it’s broken and then back to the bar. Drinks to lanes are 20+ minutes. Tables are dirty.

Great place to visit
this was the first time we have been since this venue was refurbished and it was very good, we went with my 5 year old grandson and he loved it, the food is OK and what you would expect from a bowling ally as was the bowling experience,we also used the soft play which was very good my grandson loved this too, i think you can spend quite a few hours here with little ones for a reasonable price, nothing seems over priced in fact i thought the soft play was great value £7 for 2 hours, we haven't tried the escape rooms or laser tag yet but we will be back to try these, finally the team here was all great and very polite and happy to help there was a bit of wait at the bar but that was because they was very busy (it was a wet bank holiday)

Really enjoyed my son's 21st birthday here. We did quite a lot of activities but very disappointed at not being offered discounts like they do online for activities. Spent a small fortune and felt we could have been offered some discounts for putting over £200 their way...

Overall it is great at Tenpin in Warrington, however I feel that there needs to be more staff working, the bay we were in was full of empty drinks and someone had spilt drinks on the floor and left the blue roll everywhere, tables all cluttered with drinks in the area to eat in. I get that it was bank holiday. But it is off putting, the staff working work incredibly hard though.

Disappointed
We arrived early to be able to enjoy some time on the pool tables and have some food before out time slot for bowling.
When we went to order the food we asked for pizza, they had none left, asked for chicken wings, none left, asked for nachos none left..... Only thing they had was burger and chips. (And they didn't have enough for a family of 5)
We had to change our bowling slot to a later time (1.5hrs) so we could leave to get something to eat and come back. No apologie given.

Warrington Tenpin visit
We visited the Warrington Tenpin on 27 August for bowling and Escape Room. On that particular day, it wasn’t that hot outside, however, It was far too hot in both the bowling alley and the escape rooms. It really spoiled the Escape Room activity in particular as we couldn’t focus on the activity due to the temperature. Such a shame as we were really looking forward to it and it would have been a good experience had it not been so hot.

Bowling good, service, food and drink apalling
The bowling was good. The service at the lanes and in the cafeteria area was abysmal.
The food when it came after 50 minutes was hardly fit to eat!

We managed to bowl without wait too long this time , but was gutted we didn't manage to get anything to eat while there this time,due to being out of food stock, according to staff due to a very busy weekend

Great price but neeed more staff on duty
Great price, lots of activities to do
More staff needed during busy periods, long queues, nobody attended to fix issue with lane and it was broken the whole game

Great place to go with the family
Great place to go with the family. Lots of things to do. We had a great time. The only complaint I have is that it was dirty. Tables around the bowling area were full with previous peoples drinks and food and not cleared, leaving it all sticky. Toilets were also dirty.
