Samuel was able to assist me with my query in a very professional, polite and helpful manner. He guided me through using a video call to show the issues and then how to send the relevant photographs by email as well as to place and pay for the order. He reassured me that were we to get disconnected he would call back, which was good to know.
Samuel was really nice to deal with, patient with my limited computer skills, and spoke in a calm, clear manner. He is a credit to Wren Kitchens.

Mohamed & Amin were brilliant today in delivering our kitchen. The communication was spot on in terms of keeping us informed when they would arrive. When they did get here they unloaded the kitchen really well and took good care. They then organised the kitchen in to a compact way so that it didn’t take up any unnecessary space. They were brilliant from start to finish, thank you.

Jemma was fantastic. She understood the situation straight away, handled everything professionally, and was friendly and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend Wren, particularly because of the excellent customer service team. It’s clear that they genuinely understand and care about their customers.

Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the quality of my Wren kitchen. The doors and panels have chipped far too easily, which is not what I would expect from a kitchen at this price.

The whole experience has also left me feeling that once Wren have your money, the level of care and customer service drops considerably. It feels like the focus is on getting the sale rather than making sure the customer is genuinely happy with the product afterwards.

For the money you pay, I expected much better quality and a much better overall experience. I would seriously think twice before choosing Wren again.

I have to say that the after sales customer care is very poor from Wren communication doesn’t exist between showrooms and customer care - after 5 attempts to get an issue sorted I was fortunate to finally get someone who actually was extremely competent and cared about sorting my issue so thank you for that Samuel - Wren need more people like him

Amazing experience with Samuel today. His care and understanding really went a long way with resolving my design default. He took time to understand my issue and worked tremendously hard to make sure i was happy with the resolution. Cannot thank him enough

Had a lovely man come out to measure my kitchen. Lewis Browning was very good at what he did and very meticulous. He answered my questions and was just a nice and cheerful guy all round.

From design to fitting, I'm really pleased I chose Wren for my new kitchen. Good quality and price. The quartz team were really good and their fitter did an excellent job really pleased.

The quartz worktops fitted by Paul Umpleby and his colleague look fantastic. They were very professional and went above and beyond to help my with the sink/tap and provided clear aftercare instructions

Really efficient and kept me well notified.

A really good experience from the start of the process to delivery. Very helpful staff within the showroom. Delivery servuce was exceptional, 4th floor flat and the guys were amazing, so many trips up and down, they were happy and cheerful all the way through. A real credit to the Wren team, thank you again guys.

The Design of the kitchen great that’s were it ends when kitchen delivered lots of damaged doors and larder unit unusable wait another 3 weeks for part replacements then a couple missing or miscalculated by Wren they did come out and measure up another week and half wait ? ,The Draw units only assembled with 2 screws in each runner why if it comes ready built why do you have to add extra screws been offered £150 compassion for our inconvenience overall poor experience would not recommend and customer service not in store expect a hour wait to speak to someone every time you call ,and build quality not as good as the the old Homebase kitchen removed .Do your home work people think there are better kitchens for the money wish we had .

Great service from Matthew Stevenson on the quartz installation. Arrived nice and early, job completed within one hour and clear advise on how to look after.
