Lad who measured up was friendly and professional

Whatever you do please DO NOT buy a kitchen from Wren. The customer service when you're a potential customer is fantastic but any problems after that are simply ignored. The plans issued were completely innacurate & did not match the units supplied. Wren take at least a week to reply to each complaint email & everytime a different person responds. We are 8 weeks into the complaint process & still no further along. They refuse to send someone out to assess & appear to have no interest in resolving our issue.

Kay, was extremely helpful and understood the problem and sorted it out for me immediately. He was polite and friendly over the phone and I'm grateful for his assistance today.

Mr G Pearson undertook my home surveyor today - excellent Surveyor Service.

From start to finish, Gary was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He also communicated really well and made the whole process feel straightforward. Gary is an absolute credit to Wren - professional, polite and efficient.

I should also add that the Wren employee Ujwal that I met in the showroom was also incredibly good at his job knowledgeable and genuinely interested in understanding what I wanted and provided a great service, communicated brilliantly and was really helpful. He also organised today’s visit efficiently, and his email communications to date have been informative and professional.

Really grateful to Bailey for sorting our non standard request. He was patient and took time to understand the problem and found a resolution for us. Thank you

Pucked up on point od no refund for handles within c9nversation about other issues with the kitchen. Refunded cost of handles there and then, ehich shoukd have been done at point of handles returning to depot having not been accepted.

T moyo the surveyor arrived manged to put everything together designing the kitchen freindly approachable. Great service

Well I dont no what to say really, overall it has been a great experience with wrenn kitchen from start to finish, Simon and Ben who delivered are kitchen were fantastic throughout, handled every item with due care and attention, delievered on time as stated, they were so easy going very polite and great guys to talk to, they are both definitely a credit and great assets to your team absolute great work they did. They also noticed straight away items were missing and they both was reassuring that we will receive these items/item as soon as he was able to notify the company of this. I honestly cant thank them both enough for today there effort was outstanding. The whole experience we have received with wrenn has been truly amazing from start to finish and i am so truly greatful for the time and dedication you have all put into your work. Keep doing what you do as your all a credit to your team and have been amazing throughout. So Thankyou so much.

We don't have the easiest access and they made the whole process very smooth and made sure the space was still useable - essential with two little children!

I. Barnett . Ian and his colleague were very professional and worked with care. They were also very polite and friendly.

Natasha was extremely helpful in arranging a redelivery for a replacement part for our kitchen.

Jordan Dexter and Neve from customer service went above and beyond with a few issues I had and were both very reassuring with my concerns. The after sales service from this company sets them miles apart from most other companies out there.
