I have just started designing and pre fit with wren and already having second thoughts. Designing part was alright, they got the deposit and said would give me a call about the installation and had no response from them. I was concerned and tried to contact the designer and he said apparently I did not respond to his call, which is a lie. Anyway, got a pre fit appointment and the installer came to our house, straightaway gave me a very disappointed face and said I need a lot of electrical works to be done to install the appliances. It was fair enough but the cost for it was double the actual fitting cost. I need to pay for every movement they make and the most important part is that he didn’t want to fit it at all!
He sent us the price list and still the cost is not going to stop there and it could go higher during the fitting process and will take longer to finish.
I have asked if we can do the electrical works separate, he said yes! But their electrician has to test it and give certificate and it will cost more!
So, to conclude, there is no customer service or satisfaction. They are here to do business and make money and profit, no matter how we cope with it. So, I will try and get my deposit money back and do my kitchen with some other company.

Very stressful experience. The lady who measured the splash back template had my wife in tears on the phone to me, (and the splash back that we've ended up with doesn't even fit correctly). We paid for the kitchen and the installation, (we thought) in full on 20th June 2026 and then 5 days later, the installer contacted us to inform us that there would be an additional £2000.00 plus to pay in 'supplimentary charges'! Overall, we're very pleased with the kitchen however, it took over five weeks to fully install with four chipped doors needing replacing, along with the splash back that was initially cut incorrectly. Fortunately, the one saving grace was that Wren's Customer Service is very good. It was our 45th wedding anniversary when we purchased the kitchen. When I asked the Truro Store Manager about the additional £2000.00 supplimentary costs, he very unhelpfully asked if I had read the contract. I did, but was under the impression that we had paid in full on 20th June 2026. Why after paying, (we thought) in full would we then think that supplimentary costs would be applied to our purchase? We should have been advised of the potential for supplimentary charges at the time of purchase. Especially as these additional costs were not an insignificant amount.

O Firouzia texted me in advance to let me know his expected arrival time. He was very polite and punctual, asked relevant questions, and was very friendly throughout the visit. Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the Wren team so far

Excellent service from G Bansal. He came to carry out our kitchen measurements and was extremely helpful, polite and professional. Very knowledgeable, friendly and knew exactly how to look after the customer. A really positive experience — highly recommended!

Really impressed with A Hadnum when he came out to measure my kitchen. He was so helpful and he gave me some great advice and suggestions. He was very thorough with the measurements too.

A genuinely nice friendly guy and a pleasure to deal with. I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished kitchen now! Would highly recommend him and Wren Kitchens.

Very good customer interaction. S Naziri was very polite and helpful. Phoned ahead to confirm ETA. Arrived on time and was happy to answer my questions/confirm measurements. Access was also checked.

He came earlier then the time expected and also did everything answered any question that I asked over all J Braker was amazing when he came to take kitchen measurements.

Wren were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had previously had a design done by Howdens which we felt could be improved upon. Our designer at the Stockton branch Lena) looked at it and within minutes made alterations which not only improved the overall look, but more importantly the safety around the use of the hob. When it came to delivery the delivery drivers were amazing, they protected the flooring in the room where it was to be stored and carried each box up our long driveway and carefully placed them down making sure the installation guide for the fitter was left immediately accessible. What was more amazing was the price, they were considerably cheaper than Howdens, but as Howdens deliberately hide their pricing we are unable to say where the savings were made.
Would 100% recommend Wren for anyone looking for a kitchen.
