A Moss came to our house to measure the kitchen. Not only was he helpful, efficient and friendly, he also advised us on the next steps and what we can expect in the Wren process.

A person turn up on my site Gary is soft spoken very helpful person good measurements he take and explain very well thanks Wren.

The two delivery men were polite, friendly & courteous. They checked where the items could be stored but also checked that it was practical for us over the next few days.

Jordan Taylor was friendly and professional. We were given plenty of notice of when he would arrive plus a phone call within 15 mins of his arrival. It was great that he just got on with the job after asking some necessary questions.

I had three phone calls in total and 2/3 of them went above and beyond for me! I am super impressed by the level of understanding and patience the staff have. In particular April! She was amazing and I hope I get through to her everytime I call. Natasha is also such a wonderful representative- she was professional and knowledgable.

after nearly 2 months of e mailing we finally were contacted by a Wren employee who listened and took action. He was polite but not subservient and was clearly anxious to put the issues to bed for the sake of both prties. I have already indicated our appreciation for the agency of Trustpillot, not least for enabling a better relationship to be established and at least some of our concerns resolved.

Surveyor (K. Turner, Stirling Wren) arrived promptly, immediately put on overshoes before entering my property.

Explained the procedure and then asked for permission to photograph the areas.

When the survey was complete, displayed the plans and explained the follow on procedure. Wished me the very best with my plans.

Really lovely service from C Martin who came out to measure our kitchen for Wren. He was friendly, professional and really helpful throughout, and we really appreciated the free measure. Would definitely recommend!

A Hadnum arrived on time. He was very polite, and approachable.

Amazing two guys. Worked their way around a problem due to the surveyor getting something wrong re getting certain items upstairs. Arranged for those items to now come back flat packed. Could not rate them highly enough . Their names are Frazer and Dave.

Was kept informed on delivery time by M Craddock & colleague. Very pleasant lads, who brought in our delivery, positioning it in the best place available. Would definitely recommend Wren delivery.

The measuring service was second to none, very knowledgable and answered all my questions (which were a lot!) Wren have made my kitchen experience with them fantastic and can't wait to see it in
