Glen and Alan went absolutely above and beyond on one of hottest days of the year. These guys were true pros and managed to even make sure a unit that absolutely should not have fit made it in! Credit to them both, very happy with the service.

We had P Ford come out to measure our kitchen, and he was absolutely lovely. He was friendly, professional, and took his time to make sure everything was measured carefully and accurately. We had our kitchen installed in March
We had our kitchen installed in March, we have already spotted cracked door, door with loose hinges and cracked cabinet. The complaint was opened 3 weeks ago , they have sent me the wrong part and still no contact from the new installer , they are now ignoring our emails.

Amazing service again from Wren
We’ve had Tim from Wren Durham out to measure our kitchen again after we made some fairly significant changes to the footprint, including our utility room.
Once again, Tim was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly thorough, took the time to make sure every measurement and detail was right, and was really helpful with the changes we’ve made. Nothing felt rushed and he was more than happy to talk everything through with us and make sure the new layout would work properly.
We actually met Tim when he carried out our original survey and were really impressed with him then, so it was lovely to have him back for the remeasure. He’s knowledgeable, professional and genuinely takes an interest in getting everything right.
Renovating an old Victorian house definitely throws up its challenges and our plans have changed along the way, but Tim has made this part of the process really straightforward and stress-free.
A real credit to the Wren Durham team — thank you again, Tim!

Warranty claim
Donna who dealt with my claim was an absolute pleasure to deal with.I only had 4 days left of my 10year kitchen door warranty and I noticed some of my high gloss doors had warped and Wren are replacing all doors, decorative panels, cornices and kickboards without question. Very impressed by Donna and the Wren warranty, can’t recommend them both highly enough.

Easy process
It was an easy process from start to finish. We only went to the showroom the day before the appointment, so we're pleased to be able to get an appointment so quickly.
The appointment system was useful, with text messages giving updates on the arrival. The surveyor, Adrian, was prompt and completed the survey without any issues. He was friendly and respectful and we look forward to the next stage of the process.

The sales person, Tate was very personable and not at all pushy, which is really important. Brilliant customer service and the kitchen installation went to plan and was done professionally and smoothly with minimum disruption.

Luke Cooley was exceptional in his…
Luke Cooley was exceptional in his handling of the situation and organizational skills.
The experience was let down slightly by having to chase the fitters to actually attend site to carry out the remedial works.
From a business point of view I can see that they want to focus on full installations rather than remedial works.
However, as I was on the receiving end of this it had an affect on the experience.
