The delivery was within the timeframe provided and I was kept updated throughout the morning with progress. My delivery was on second floor and this was executed extremely efficiently even though this was a significant challenge given the amount/size of products being delivered

It would be a zero for the staff at Bradford store but Laura was very helpful and sorted out my issue. Although my kitchen delivery/fitting has been delayed by 2 weeks so not overly impressed

Wren kept me informed of what was happening at all times and were very quick to sort out any issues. I had a named person I could get in touch with for help if I needed it and am very happy with my new kitchen from the delivery drivers to the fitters all the persons involved were very friendly and professional

First time shopping at wren for bedroom furniture. Kept updated frequently the quality of the furniture was excellent and ease of assembly was great. Delivery was excellent. Slight issue with the underside of the bridging units they weren’t the same colour, spoke to the sales person about this and he order two panels to fit underneath the units. Today received a call from Rees he understood the issue so he is sending out two panels free of charge as a gesture of good will. Fantastic customer service very professional and polite. Will be using Wren for my next project.

The lads that came with our Wren delivery were fantastic
Really nice lads worked tirelessly to unload the van and bring it into the house stacking everything neatly in the area we wanted. They spent time checking they had unloaded everything and the order was complete and made sure we have the instructions and installer kits ready to hand. Very pleased

The design and delivery of the kitchen has been excellent. The designer and delivery personnel were really professional and very customer friendly.

The only thing that I would want improvement on is the liaison between Wrens approved builders and the customer. We had to wait weeks before we heard back from one so had to choose another one last minute.

We hope the kitchen looks as good as it we saw in store. Will update!

Darren was in touch before the day to confirm what time he would arrive. Further contact on the day. Arrived on time and measured up as arranged. Very polite and pleasant gentleman

A lovely kitchen but quite a stressful experience, with my wife in tears during the splash back templating visit and 'supplimentary costs' of over £2000.00 for the electrical work, (this was in addition to the installation price quoted in the showroom). A Wren case manager has emailed to apologise that we weren't made aware of the supplimentary charges prior to receiving the contract. Four doors were delivered damaged, (one had to be replaced twice) and the splash back was cut incorrectly so had to be re made, (but still doesn't fit properly) leading to delays of more than 5 weeks before the work was finally 'completed'. Sadly, there was no apology offered, (or interest) regarding why my wife was in tears, and no offer of remedial work for our poorly fitted splash back from the case managers who contacted me earlier today. Not exactly the best way to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary.

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Wren Kitchens. My overall journey has been far from the best, and I have unfortunately had to deal with a few customer service representatives who were quite awful, unhelpful, and completely lacked understanding. Because of various issues and multiple mistakes made by the Wren team, I have also had to endure a few separate deliveries, which has been incredibly frustrating.However, a few standout individuals made a massive difference and saved the experience. I want to highly praise Bailey from customer service, who truly took the time to listen to my problem and showed genuine empathy. I also want to give a special mention to Joseph, Michelle, and a couple of other representatives from the Quartz team who have been incredibly helpful and understanding. Additionally, I want to thank all of the delivery guys who brought the items—despite the stress of having multiple deliveries due to company errors, the delivery teams themselves were fantastic. It is because of these professional individuals that I felt heard. Thank you to Bailey, Joseph, Michelle, the Quartz team, and the delivery drivers for your exceptional care—Wren is lucky to have you.

On contacting wren customer service I found that the representative Samuel was very courteous, patient and very helpful with my request...

My experience with the company so far has been very positive regarding customer service and quick problem resolution—including the replacement of parts damaged during delivery, a situation that can happen with any shipment. The service was cordial.

We had our measurement appointment booked for today, we were assigned G Bowman. He called ahead of time and told us when he would be arriving. When he arrived he was very friendly, efficient and make sure we know what was going to happen whilst he was there. Great experience! Hope the rest of our journey with wren is up to the same standards. Thank you

I really appreciate the experience I had with Jordan. He was extremely helpful and took the time to fully understand my situation.

There was a big mess regarding the measurements from the designer, but despite all the complications, Jordan patiently listened to my concerns and worked through everything with me for the last 40 minutes. I was genuinely overwhelmed by how helpful and professional his service was.

Thank you so much, Jordan, for your patience, understanding and excellent customer service. Good luck, and keep up the great work — you’re a joy to deal with!

Wren kitchens were busy but offered a return phone call, which duly happened.
April was the Customer service representative who dealt with the issue. Her patience at talking me through a video on Zoom was exemplary.
The replacement parts needed are ordered and an email was sent to confirm all details.
This was an example for all companies who should treat their customers this way... no bots!!!

I had to get a refund for a fridge freezer that couldn’t be delivered due to access issues. Bailey at customer support team handled the situation with upmost professionalism and care. She is an asset to the company. Thanks Bailey.

The delivery guys C Vasilakis for orders 50941878 and 51097248 were fab, navigating closed roads, weight limits, stairs and lifts. They were amazing. Thanks Guys.
