Richard ellwood was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained everything that i needed to know

G Pearson was very professional and polite.

The kitchen surveyor (P Dyche) came today to measure up, preparatory to a design meeting. He was charming, very professional and efficient and took care to explain the next steps very clearly.

Very nice member of staff I Kvetkovska came to measure kitchen was polite professional and talked us throughout the task of what was happening and what happened next fully professional would use again

A Varman was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional (even with a 1 year old toddler chasing him around!)

Just had our fitted wardrobes measured by T Hill I was very impressed with his politeness and communication of when he was coming round he understood as well that my son was having a nap and kepted the noise down! Very impressed with how quick and easy it was! Only took 30-40 mins many thanks again!

Had R Barkley around for measuring our kitchen. Arrived on time. Worked away quietly, I didn’t even know he was there at times. Great service.

A Moss was very professional and clear communication.

A. Afzal arrived within the allotted timeframe sent via the text message. He was wearing the WREN green t shirt so I knew he was the representative. I showed Afzal the kitchen. He asked whether any structural changes were being made to the kitchen and whether any of the current appliances were being kept. Afzal then efficiently took the kitchen measurements and photos. We then discussed the structural work that will be done to the kitchen.

Richard sorted out wrens delivery mistake.He was polite and respectful unlike the person I dealt with before.
He is obviously competent with what his role is and did his best to resolve the matter as quickly as he could.

L Albrow visited my property this weekend past, to measure up the space, ahead of our appointment with the showroom.
He was very pleasant, professional and thorough, collating every detail to ensure when we go into store to design, they have all the details.

Samuel was the most helpful person I have ever delt with, it was a nightmare of a situation but he helped me though it ever way possible and we got it solved Thank you so much!
