Direct email to people at the branch who respond with custom quotes. Ordered online for cut to length cable not available at many places. Another email from branch to say when it will be available and a call from branch when it arrived (ordered to collect from branch). Couldn’t ask for more.

Company employs poor drivers
At Birdlip on the A417 one of their drivers almost forced us off the road, van reg number FJ 73 RUW
I wouldn't trust a company that employs such poor and ill bannered drivers.
