Love our Kitchen from 102! Tim's designs were thoughtful and in-keeping with our needs and requests. Julie and Tim were on hand for all our queries and questions, with quick replies and advise.
Some issues with fitting which were resolved swiftly.
Great quality cabinets and lovely touches.

Quality of product is excellent and the help and guidance we received from Tim Baber who helped us design the kitchen layout we would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is considering having a new kitchen.

We were looking for a kitchen for a local holiday let property. We knew 102 Kitchens would be a good place to start and we soon realised we didn't need to go any further. We wanted a kitchen with the wow factor in appearance, was practical for anyone to use with everything well thought-out and was also good value. 102 Kitchens not only delivered on the points above but the team exceeded them and more. Bonus points that the appliances were seamlessly sorted at the same time! It was a pleasure to deal with 102 Kitchens and NEApplicances.

So so happy with our new kitchen from 102 Kitchens. Tim did an amazing job with the design, transforming our small space into a bright airy and spacious kitchen, with real flexibility. Julie is so good at keeping the whole project moving, and answering every question that pops up. The fitters were great, really helpful, neat and with a real eye for detail. Overall, would 100% recommend.

We are really, really impressed with our whole experience with 102 Kitchens. From the moment we walked into their showroom, until the final piece has been fitted we have just had the most amazing time!

Tim is the most talented and amazing designer, Julie just seems to ‘oil’ the whole process along smoothly and between them and their great fitters it was just an amazing process.

The design just blew us away (suffice to say we’d had some pretty boring ones up until then), the price was on budget, the quality of the kitchen is very good, the delivery was on time, the fitting was smooth and effortless for us and the end result is just amazing!

Cannot recommend 102 kitchens enough! After a lengthy search for the best kitchen for a new extension, 102 hit the mark on price, design, delivery and options. Tim and Julie were fantastic during the design process, and challenged me to think about different options to make sure my kitchen would be timeless! Wouldn't change anything about it now and so pleased I went with them!

Really good quality kitchens and really competitively priced. Great design service and great to be able to link up with NE Electrical to source all the appliances too. Highly recommend!

We were building a kitchen extension and had our kitchen designed by 102 Kitchens. I have spent months looking at various catalogues and none of the kitchens were catching my eye. As soon as I opened the 102 Kitchens brochure, I knew straight away which kitchen I wanted.
Tim listened to all my ideas and “must haves” and designed our perfect kitchen for our space and dimensions. He even pushed us to be braver with colour choices and we are delighted with the outcome!
I did visit other kitchen companies to compare and get quotes, but I felt that the materials and the quality are superior at 102 kitchens.
If I ever need another kitchen, I will definitely be using 102 Kitchens again. Thank you very much Tim and Julie for our stunning kitchen!

Overall a 5 star experience because the outstanding customer service, flexibility, expertise and understanding of our needs outweighed the occasional bumps in the road that come with any home improvement project. Tim used all of his experience to design the kitchen for our forever home. And was canny enough when we were fixated on a particular counter top, to take us to Bristol Stone and explore wider options. Our counter top and splashback are now literally a work of art! Brad was a master of his trade and managed to overcome all the challenges installation presented, again keeping us updated and engaged in what was going on at all times. Keeping all the wheels turning and acing the job of responding to our need for information, Julie was outstanding. She was utterly customer facing and always understanding. I would recommend 102 Kitchens without hesitation to all my family, friends and colleagues. Great work!

Tim and the team were excellent throughout. I was impressed from the offset with his suggestions and design ideas, and we had several drafts before we decided on the final choice.
102 were flexible as we made further tweaks. The price was reasonable and our kitchen units are beautiful.
I would thoroughly recommend them as being a cut above Magnet and Wren, and it felt like a family business with the support throughout the process.

From start to finish Tim has been amazing.
His ideas and vision have transformed our kitchen, from a tired old kitchen to a truly outstanding area. The quality of the kitchen is remarkable - beats all those other companies on the market :)
I cant rate Tim high enough, his a lovely guy who gave 110% to his kitchen design, was supportive from the very start of the build through to completion and on hand for any queries i had which were instantly resolved.
If your looking for a truly amazing kitchen with second to none service, Tim is your man!

We recently had our kitchen designed and fitted by 102 Kitchens. The design was developed with Tim and the process was a good, fun experience. Masterclass kitchens are high quality and there are so many options for style and materials. Their brochure is excellent too. We found it very useful and helpful to see samples of materials and what was on display in the showroom.
Tim sourced the worktop and splash backs locally in Bristol, the furniture is made in Wales, so pleased to use UK businesses.
The fitting went very smoothly, subject to a couple of minor issues at the end. We even had a custom shelf made by the fitter, so something unique to us is in the kitchen.
The difference between our old and new kitchen set up is staggering. We are absolutely delighted with it, with nothing but compliments from everyone.
Underpinning the whole process was Julie, who was always very helpful and reactive. We always felt that Julie was genuinely interested in our project.
Overall we had a very good experience.

11/04/24 Edit Update
I had tried to be fair and reasonable with my original review, however, I have to now update this review to a fuller picture. We were supplied with a team who were not qualified or competent for either gas (against the law) or the necessary electric work and endured significant stressful conditions for the 10 months that it took to resolve everything. We were caused significant out of pocket expenses, genuine fear and inconvenience from the electrical faults, I had to write over 100 emails bringing everything to their attention and following all the faults to resolution. 102 have steadfastly refused to compensate us for the expenses that they caused, stress endured or time taken. I would recommend asking to see up to date qualifications for the team supplied and do not proceed without talking to recent, previous customers. Do not proceed on the very few reports made here compared to the quantity of work that they do. There is a huge amount of customers who have not wanted to leave a review, or, like me did not want to cause any harm to the great individuals working there. Further, 102 do not belong to any trade associations so you will not be able to get any support if you run in to difficulties like us.

I’ve dropped a star because unfortunately we were not happy with the output of our installation team and it took far too long to resolve. However, I have to give 5 stars for everything else.
Julie ‘captured’ us when we walked in to the show room and I honestly thought we couldn’t afford any of their kitchens. They looked soo expensive. She showed us some very reasonable prices though and so we cautiously met Tim, their extraordinary designer. Tim came to our house, understood the building changes we were making and I can’t tell you how much he helped with the final design. I had become completely overwhelmed and just couldn’t make any decisions. Tim didn’t just ‘fit units in to the space’ which is what we experienced elsewhere. Tim thought about where the main cooking triangle needed to be and exactly what units and appliances were needed to accommodate everything at hand. He provided the designs in a software tool that enabled me to see how it would be which was so helpful and allowed me to see some small adjustments I wanted. He was ridiculously patient! Now that it is finished, it is exactly how Tim’s design software showed it and is an absolute joy to use. The quality of the Masterclass units is superb and the quartz tops were so carefully measured and fitted. Although the installation of the kitchen was problematic, Julie was there throughout to listen and guide. (Poor Tim was too at times!). She kept an eye on the completion of everything, checking jobs off and who was doing what and when. She always knew who my husband and I were, what our issues were and was completely on the ball and professional though out. So, much as certain aspects were awful, I have to say that I never felt that we were ‘on our own’. I was always confident that 102 would get it all sorted eventually, and they did. I think that speaks volumes about the overall integrity of the company. Julie and Tim are truly second to none, anywhere, you definitely want them in charge of your new kitchen and you also want the high quality of Masterclass units.

We ordered a kitchen, island, and utility from 102 Kitchens (Masterclass), alongside full quartz worktops (Marmobello), and are genuinely delighted with the result. From the design stage through to the delivery the team were professional, and diligent, and helped us to create something beautiful. The level of finish and features are outstanding and everything works perfectly with our appliances. We had some last-minute, post-ordering changes that were dealt with perfectly and everything arrived as expected. The team were also on hand to help with fitting advice and managed to source a few missing small items quickly and efficiently. Excellent overall service.

We purchased our new kitchen from 102 kitchens Masterclass and are so glad we did. Ian came and designed the layout for us and included some lovely features that we wouldn’t have thought of. Julie was always on hand to answer questions as we couldn’t get to the showroom. The whole experience was very good and the quality was excellent. We would definitely recommend 102 kitchens to anyone choosing a new kitchen and so glad we used them. Thankyou all.

I received exellent service while having my old kitchen replaced with a wonderful new one from Masterclass.

Everyone involved was a delight to work with from begining to end. They delivered on everything promissed, on time, and to a very high standard. Very experienced fitters.

Julie and Ian made this process seamless, visits were not an issue and communication was amazing, the splashback that we ordered there wasn’t a sample in stock so they made the effort and got us one, and also came with other samples that we might like. From choosing to fitting and after service was great. Thank you very much!
