Hey, 10ash.com, I’ve filed a report with the FBI. I’m not even worried too much about the money you scammed me out of, I want you to go down! Scammers like you are scum of the earth. Also, TRUST PILOT, I’ve added you to my report. They were very interested in what I told them. I never would have visited this site if it wasn’t for you and your allowing all these fake reviews to be on your “trusted’ platform. I trust you no more. They give free credit if i give a review of their apps. autopilot need 2 hour before approval review. After successful review,they say i already claim my reward. trupilot is causing many people in some forums to question and doubt whether trupilot is condoning this fraudulent gambling crime. It's the same new content as this casino, the only difference is that it's a fraudulent crime. changed the domain name and although there were many negative comments denouncing the scammers, Trupilot did not consider thoroughly handling it. Letting many people have their property taken over by these scammers. This is also because Trust trupilot and many victims get scammed here.

First off let me start out by saying this site has a good idea by pooling players money against each others. You can win large sums of money very easily. The 100 welcome bonus can only be used in Jackpot, which is a $100 min bet up to whatever. You're assigned a color and percentage on the wheel based on the size of your bet. Then the wheel spins and whoever it lands on wins the whole pot. That is a wonderful feeling. Now comes withdrawal. They require a very strict min $100 deposit to cash out. Becareful here cause if you do $100 exactly they take 1% making it $99, which doesn't fulfill the $100. After making another deposit of $108 this fulfilled my requirement so that I could withdraw. However, that jackpot game, made it so I won +$10000 in winnings. Which it states in terms of service that any player making over this amount will be required to get premium service at a cost of $500 additional deposit. The reason for my one star is because 1) I asked support what I needed to do get my winnings and they said make a $100 deposit and I'll be good to go. I stated that I won $12000 initially. They made no mention of the $10000+ rule. Very poor customer service and dishonest. 2) an option of deducting the $500 should be made available on withdraw verses making the player pay $500 more into the account with Bitcoin fees etc.

I will update my review score if I actually receive my withdrawal.

edit 10/13/24: a credit for how much? Credits cannot be withdrawn until I deposit another $500. I think waiving the $500 fee and allowing the withdraw to go through, as your support agent said in my first conversation is appropriate for the borderline deception. I understand your terms of service state this rule. However I specifically asked your agent what I needed to do and gave the amount I had won. The only requirement for withdraw is a $100 deposit. He shouldve stated at that moment that I would need to make a separate $500 deposit to obtain premium status because my winnings exceeded $10000. Because of this I feel that if I make this deposit that you will not honor your word. If you need screen shots I will be happy to provide them.

I won $14000 about 8 hours ago and in order to withdraw the funds I had to make a deposit of at least $100 and I did but instead of being able to withdraw my winnings I’m getting a message that I’ve made to many withdraw requests try again later And when I try and contact support it’s saying all customer service representatives are currently busy. The only reason I believed they were a legitimate casino is because Of these trust pilot reviews. I guess they might still pay me my winnings but I have to say that I was born at night but not last night
