My experience with 10 Day Smiles has reached the point where I feel it is important to document it across independent consumer-review platforms.

I previously shared my experience on Google, but my reviews have repeatedly disappeared or become unavailable. I am not claiming to know exactly why Google removed them, but I will not allow that to prevent me from truthfully documenting my experience elsewhere.

My biggest concern is the lack of accountability and meaningful resolution regarding the dental work and problems I experienced. I have attempted to communicate directly with 10 Day Smiles and give them opportunities to address my concerns professionally.

Consumers should be able to research a dental provider and see authentic experiences—good or bad—before trusting that provider with their health and money. I have documentation supporting my experience and have now taken additional steps through the appropriate complaint channels.

I am still willing to resolve this professionally. Until that happens, I will continue sharing my truthful experience through legitimate consumer and regulatory channels so other patients can make informed decisions.

I paid 10 Day Smiles (10daysmiles.com), Dr. Abazie’s office in Arlington and Coppell, over $5,000 across the last few years. They billed my insurance, then would not warranty or fix the work. The site advertises a lifetime warranty. After the money was collected, they would not stand behind it. I do not recommend this office.
