One of the best prop firms I have used. Unreal support and customer service. Leto specifically. Fast payouts and honorable prop firm! I would put this over Tradeify (which was my #1)

I've been with 10FOUR since the launch. What is different about this firm is that they actually care about each individual trader. The company is built by traders so every feature is thought about from a different perspective. There has been plenty of feedback from the userbase and I've seen lots of it implemented.
Support is lightning fast, and any technical issues have been corrected with utmost respect to the trader. Payouts are straightforward as well.
I'm excited to see how this firm continues to develop as they grow.

Been trading with 10Four for a while now and it’s easily one of the better experiences I’ve had with a prop firm.

The biggest thing for me is the people behind it. The support is genuinely great, and the owners/staff are traders first. They’re actually part of the community, they understand the same frustrations traders deal with, and it never feels like you’re talking to some random corporate support desk that has no idea how trading works.

The account types and pricing are also really competitive, but the drawdown is what really separates them for me. It’s one of the best structures I’ve seen in the prop space and gives you a lot more room to actually trade without feeling like you’re constantly fighting the rules.

Payouts have been another huge positive. Mine have been very fast through Rise and the entire process has been smooth.

Overall, 10Four has just been a really solid firm to trade with. Good people, good accounts, great drawdown, fast payouts, and a team that actually understands traders. Absolutely a pleasure to trade with and a firm I’m happy to support.

10FOUR is AMAZING! They have a wide variety of account types to choose from, something for every style of trader. I've gotten multiple payouts, all of them SUPER fast. You pass an eval and have your funded account activate in under a minute. I was able to pass my eval, trade my funded account and earn a payout all in the same day. The best firm ever!!

Best drawdown on the industry, fast payouts, great costumer support. Dope live dashboard.

Paid out really quickly, resolved technical problems and errors with the platform within a day. Listened to feedback. Only problem is they removed the origin accounts which were my bread and butter. Other than that, would strongly recommend this firm!

One of the best prop firms I’ve had the opportunity to trade with. The CEO is an amazing super transparent person, the support team jumps on any and all problems that happen and compensate to their best ability. When you trade with 10four, you feel like you’re actually apart of the team. And that team wants you to win. I have traded many prop firms in my 4 years, none even come close the level of support and loyalty 10four offers their traders. Having an account feels personalized, and being transferred live, I was given direct access to their backend guy Tyler via phone who is also outstanding. He works on the Chicago Floor answering any and all questions I could have during the process. No other prop does this, everyone else in this game treats you like another number and sweeps issues under the rug. 10four really surprised me with how welcoming and honest they are as a company. Can’t wait to see how they develop over time, one of my favorite firms available right now

All you can hope for with a prop firm are three things: responsiveness, speed to payout, and consistency of application. 10Four supplies all 3 of those in abundance. They have an eye for iteration and "doing right" by traders as they grow. Leto and company have done everything above board even when it comes to transparency of process and issues that others would pass off to their AI chatbots. Looking forward to more from them in the future even if I abused the move to Live!

Extremely impressed with 10-four so far. Everything has been easy to navigate. Communication is quick. Their new platform, Tradara, is awesome to use. They truly are a trader friendly prop. I can’t wait to see how they grow!

Been trading with them a few months and have enjoyed it. It’s a newer prop firm so there are changes that will happen as it grows but understanding. I like the dashboard and I like their new tradara platform

I was onboarded to help test 10Four out before public release. Not only did I have to pay for everything, all feedback was ignored and after breaking pretty much half the firm, some issues were ignored completely and I got banned after giving the feedback I was explicitly asked for :)

What I do have to give props for is payout speed, executions on the in house Tradingview integration (discontinued) and historically decent program offering. Unfortunately the best selling Origin program was discontinued for being "unsustainable" for a small firm. I'm here to warn you that this behavior is unsustainable for any firm, let alone a small one.

The most blatant issue and the "I told you so effect" setting this off was a complete ignorance of a commissions mismatch between Tradingview and the dashboard. I find it hard to believe that StoneX of all places wouldn't be able to show the actual balance of an account.

This meant that if you don't trade like a gambler, you could quite easily over about one month accumulate a balance mismatch of about 1%. The suggested fix ? "Trade with your dashboard open until we transfer to a new platform". The platform in question being Tradara. Another startup.

After I explicitly warned that this would become an issue, it became an issue. Their CMO personally apparently couldn't handle being told this in yes... an upset way, however not a rude or insulting one and promptly banned me.

I won't get into the.... questionable history of the team, everyone makes mistakes but this shows me nothing except for the name has changed.

What a shame, the project has shown potential. I actually thought I might help build something cool. Unfortunately it's been plagued by incompetency, ignorance and emotional leadership not being able to handle either the pressure or reality.
