Had the pleasure of keeping in contact with the great staff member called Maria, she was extremely helpful and patient throughout this process. I did look at other options and companies to book with, but decided with 123 Travels. They process was very quick and helpful in everyway, Maria was brilliant and came back with quotesand options as soon asap...she kept us In the loop throughout this stressful situation...for our Umrah trip I'm October 2024..may allah reward us all, also whoever helps in this process...flights,hotels,dates...any information we needed it was answered when possible in the most convenient manner...👌🤲🏽🙏😊

After checking that the agent was genuine, I received a phone call, assuring that I would get the best price for my trip. Considering the period of travel it has been the cheapest fare compared to previous three trips.

I was helped by David today and wish if all agency workers were like him. He was very fast and thorough, checking with me all the way to find the right ticket for me. I had other agency helping me from different companies but I ended up sticking with this one cos he knows what he's doing and will definitely be recommending you to other friends and family. Keep up your hard work.

I was expecting a good experience ofcourse from the airline but Ms Zade made it exceptionally well from the time i got connected to her until i boarded the flight for my flight to India on 30th Novembet 23 be it getting wheel chair assistance to arranging extra luggage booking etc. Yes others might say its her job but I
guess there is thin line between doing one's job and going that extra mile for a better customer experience and the one who chose the latter always rise
high. KUDOS to Zade and the entire team 👍

123 flight is so great, this is first time I have booked flights with Sara has been great and gave me great deal,also last week I had my flight cancelled, and another they gave was 12 stop at Doha, I refuse to take that, so once Again Sara rearranged my flights and I'm so happy with it..
