Helpful on phone when enquiring about stock, delivered 4 days earlier than expected

Used this company a few times now, excellent prices and delivery service for products as advertised . Recommended without doubt

If I could give no stars I would. Placed order on 3rd May for 4 tyres. 2 delivered on 8th May. Chased 8th, 9th, 10th and 13th May when I was told on 13th it would be here today. Rang today, not even out for delivery, had to reorder and it will take 4-5 days. Not a fan, bad customer service tell you anything to get you off the phone!!!!

Cheapest Michelin I could find online. Delivered within a week.

Two weeks waiting for tyres that meant to be in UK stock.
Totally rubbish company. Tyres are in transit from Germany they never been in UK stock. I was told by customer service that my tyres should be with me on 23rd Apr. Still no sign of the courier. Avoid this guys, there a several other companies that sells same tyres for the same price.

UPDATE - tyres arrived after over 2 weeks of waiting.

This company is a bunch of incompetent "here supposed to be a word describing person with single digit IQ" and complete waste of time!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Also B E A W A R E that this company is part of DeltiLog Ltd which is also known as mytyres.co.uk, eiretyres.com, tyres-outlet.co.uk, giga-tyres.co.uk, and couple more 1 star dodgy brands.
Whenever their brand is hitting 1 star from the customers they simply spinning up another website under different domain and the rip off starts again. So don't buy anything from websites that are owned by DELTILOG LIMITED based in 6 Langdale Court, Market Square, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 6FG, company number 04144833. They are all part of the same gig economy, rip off monkey business.

This company delivered my, not mainstream and therefore difficult to find/buy, tyre quickly and at a very good price.

Specifically did not want tyres made in China, so picked tyres advertised as from Taiwan. Waited 10 days for them to arrive which is long enough in my opinion, and first thing I see is MADE IN CHINA on them. Very disappointed. After waiting 10 says I couldn't wait any longer for more tyres so I had to fit them. I have used Delti before on another site price was great but delivery was long as well. Price is great but not 100% convinced it's the genuine article.

Used 123 tyres before, great price excellent service and would definately use again as they will not be beaten on price and quality

I was very wary having read some bad reviews, however, I can't complain about anything!!
My tyres were sent in 2 separate orders but I was advised of this at the time. Both orders were processed quickly and it was one of the couriers that seemed to delay the front tyres, different courier delivered the rear and more obscure size 2 days earlier than predicted. I will use 123 again based on this my first purchase from them.

Local suppliers couldn’t source my tyres so 123 delivered them from the continent. Good price, took a few days to arrive but that wasn’t a problem for me. Definitely use again.
