Unfortunately my app keeps get rejected


Unfortunately my app keeps get rejected and 12 testers they do install your app but they dont interact with it at all google give me the following reason
1.Testers were not engaged with your app during your closed test
I can see on my side that the game was not used once by the testers Mabe opened and if I can see it that means google can too all they do is install the app to 12 phones nothing else.
