I exchanged a Christmas gift for new size. Admittedly late. So reordered the correct size February 17. Received confirmation of the order but still no shipment or communication. Multiple attempts using their on line contact form has also created a non response.

NEVER ORDER HERE. I ordered a sherpa blanket back on October 16th and I've yet to get a single update from them, let alone the blanket. I've reached out to support multiple times and no response. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I've ordered from them in the past and shipping is always slow with terrible communication but at least I received an item within 1-2 months. Never again. Do not order from these fools let their scam business crumble.

I wish I would have seen all the other reviews before ordering! Ordered a shirt for my husband and never received it. Tried to contact them through chat, but didn't receive any response until the 3rd or 4th time. I then got a generic response that they were backed up, sorry for the delay and that they would get it out in a few days. I'm not holding my breath. Based on other reviews, I opened a payment dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Ordered a shirt which never arrived. Asked for refund and customer service is non-existent. Never recieved response to chat. Some online reviews say company is out of business but not sure that is true. Complained to my credit card company and refunded through American Express. Buyer beware!!!!

After a month, haven’t received an order or any communications. I complained that email and they replied that they were backed up and that my order would ship soon. I had specifically asked for a refund. They did not offer that as an option. 0 stars

I ordered a shirt for my wife's birthday in June for my wife's birthday in early July. I've ordered shirts from them in the past and my wife and I have enjoyed them. This time, I never received the shirt. The email told me I received it, but I never did. Unfortunately, they have no phone number or usable email address to report issues. They responded twice to their online chat, and then stopped once I let them know I had a problem. I even dropped by their former physical location, which is now defunct. No one will respond to my online chat, but they will definitely keep my $37, apparently.

Flushed Down the Toilet.
From what I'm seeing and reading, the company is no longer in business. Sad story. They had a good thing going then flushed it down the toilet. I'm tired of lazy people.

This company used to be a good company. They have since failed massively. They won't answer emails, they are billing for things that they aren't shipping. They now belong in the category of "do not trust, do not buy anything from them". They have failed all of us. They don't deserve to be in business. Stay far far away from 1776 United. Based on what I'm seeing, they will go out of business at least under this name. They have pissed off too many customers.

Update..... It's now been a month since ordering. Not sure if I'll see the shirts. Apparently it was shipped two weeks ago but their "shipping service" seems shady AF. I constantly get alerts about delays and now they tell me its been in Indianapolis for 3 days because of a weather delay but there has been no delayable weather.

Two words, Just don't!!! They will take 2-3 weeks (every time) to ship and then to add insult to injury they use a shipping service called OnTrac...They are literally the horse and buggy of shipping services. I ordered 3 T-shits on Nov. 15th It did not ship until Dec 6th and my expected delivery day is today but I'm not really expecting, Depends on if the horse and buggy will make it.

This is the second time purchasing from this company and I realized today I should never have given them a second chance. First order was back in 2023 and the only reason I received my order was because I emailed them for an update after their stated processing time had passed. They conveniently pushed my order to the front of the line and it was shipped a day or two later.

Fast forward to May 2025 when I placed an order after receiving a coupon for my birthday. Waited until the processing time had passed to get an update, no answer. Contacted a week later and surprise, surprise we're behind, but you're being pushed to the front of the line. Problem is, they're using Printful to fulfill their orders. I have used Printful for my business in the past, it is automatically set up to place the order with Printful the moment the order is placed on your website. So either Printful messed up or this company is purposely not having the orders pushed to Printful automatically. I tried canceling the order which they said they will not do. They offered to let me return the item even though their website clearly says they do not accept returns. So who is lying? The customer service or the website?

The shirt shipped past their stated turn around time and past 30 days since the order. I received the shirt and the logo on the front is so low it's laughable. Interestingly the most recent review on their website is from April and there is no way to leave a review on their Facebook page. Depending on the review app they use for the website, they may be able to hide reviews which I suspect is happening since delayed processing and no real customer service seems to be common in bad reviews.

Ordered a bunch of stuff on September 11, 2023 and never received any of it. Tried to cancel but no response from the company. My wife didn't know all of this and submitted an order for Father's Day...and yet again...nothing. Reached out through the "help" chat on their website and received 1 response that seemed to be from a human...perhaps. That response indicated that 1776 United was going to get right on it and send out both orders (2023 and 2025) - but nothing. Zero movement. I reached out through instagram as well, and nothing.

Used to be a great company. I believe they’ve been bought out by private equity. Always had excellent customer service from these guys in the past on the rare occasion that I needed it and the product was top notch otherwise. My most recent order of three t-shirts were all listed as in stock and ready to ship. When I hadn’t even seen a shipping confirmation after two weeks, I decided to contact customer service to inquire about the status. Turns out they no longer have a customer service line. You can email or send chat message. I chose chat and received an automated response saying they would reply within 24-48 hours, no response was ever received over the period of a week, so I sent a message through the chat to cancel the order and that I would cancel the charge with the credit card company I used. Two days after that, I get a notice of shipment. At this point, I’m thinking ok fine I still do want the shirts, so all is ok. The shirts I received were absolutely nothing close to the quality I have previously come to expect from the brand. If you notice, on the website, they have removed the material makeup of the shirts. That’s because instead of being a cotton/poly blend as they were previously, they are now a very cheap 100% cotton base level Bella Canvas shirt. Not a terrible shirt, but definitely not a $30 shirt either. The details like the printing on the inside of the shirt and the tag sewn on at the hem are now gone as well. Sad to see this company go down the drain. All good things come to an end I guess.

Order was filled incorrectly. Received two identical shirts. Impossible to get the company to respond by phone or email. It looks like I'm one of many from reading the reviews.

Ordered - nothing came two months of trying to contact them. AVOID this company clearly something sketchy going on with how much the advertise.

Item defective, no customer service. Emails go unanswered, no contact number. Take your money to a reputable company.

Ordered some shirts in Feb and still haven’t received them. No response to emails.

Do not order from this company!!!! At least look at the reviews and BBB complaints before making a decision. They are not BBB accredited so those complaints go unanswered. I was a subscription customer for years then they stopped shipping my t-shirt order but continued charging my card. They will not respond to emails. I believe a class action suit will be the only way to stop this company from doing what they do.

It’s been 9 months since I placed and order with 1776 United. I’ve contacted the company many times, with no response. Used to be a good company, it seems to have been bought out by a fraudulent individual who is now just steeling from people.

Used to be a great company, I've bought from them since 2017 with no issues. Now like many others, I have purchased merchandise but no fulfillment or response from company in 2 months. Yet they still post on social media and advertise. Bunch of crooks!

I am still waiting for an order from July '23. Auto responses are bogus. The last response after half dozen, order cannot be found...now I want a refund. That seems to be an issue as well. I have yet to find a phone number to speak with a person.
Save your money, buy elsewhere.
