The representative who answered the phone did not understand the nature of my case and ended up transferring me to a law office who had nothing to do with that case.

Since first contact, I've been waiting for someone who said she would be calling me back to get the facts. I had already told the facts you one individual over the phone. So when am I gonna be repeating myself?

I never received a call after my intake


I never received a call after my intake was completed. They dont care for the injured. Extremely disappointed as the ads on TV surely reflect otherwise.
