Why do they not respond?

Ordered a sample of the clock style shutter blind at the end of March. Order tracking says it’s on its way but not yet delivered. Emailed the company on at least 3 occasions and no response. Why would I place an order with this company given that they seem unable to respond to customer emails or provide accurate order tracking information.

Complete Blackout Honeycomb Blinds

Complete Blackout Honeycomb Blinds, order #13351

These blinds are nowhere near "Complete Blackout".
Light gets in between the honeycomb and the frame.

The Standard Gloss White finish frame is highly reflective, so the light bounces off the extrusion inner surfaces, around the honeycomb and into the room.

Even the Honeycomb fabric lets a certain amount of light in.

I had to mask and spray the inside of the frame channel on 3 sides with mat black paint to reduce the light incursion.

1Click blinds were not interested and would not accept that the product did not fit the description and was not fit for purpose.

They refused to offer any compensation.

I could not return the blinds as they had been installed by the time I realised the faults.

Beware!

I recently ordered a complete blackout…

I recently ordered a complete blackout blind from 1ClickBlinds and overall had a positive experience. The delivery time was exactly as promised — it arrived right on the two-week mark, which I appreciated.

The blind itself was spot on. The size was perfect, fitting my window exactly as expected, and it works flawlessly. The blackout quality is excellent and does exactly what I needed.

The only downside was the tracking application, Shop, which was pretty disappointing. It didn’t provide useful updates and felt unreliable throughout the process.

Aside from the tracking issue, I’m very happy with the product and would consider ordering again

Felt like a scam

Absolutely disgusting company.
Paid so much for nothing.
I received a damaged product, sent pictures to get a replacement and initially they said they would, but then.....nothing. No updates, No response.
I wrote to them on 4 different occasions to enquire about my replacement rails and I had no response whatsoever.
They have been ignoring me since.
Requested a refund, and nothing.
Honestly worst company ever.

On checking our system and emails we have no contact from yourself. We can certainly look into this if you are able to provide your order name/email/number. Any damaged in transit items are always replaced by ourselves and would be communicated with you regarding timescales. Our emails are always answered within 24 working hours however as explained I am unable to see any communication from you

Perfect blinds outstanding service and price

Just ordered two sets of replacement blinds, 48 replacement slats, they came with weights and chain perfectly packed ready to hang.
I Can’t praise this company enough, unbelievable price, took less than a week from ordering to delivery.
Came in perfect condition excellent quality.
Blown away really with all the price rises that you are providing such a good quality service at a more than reasonable prices.

I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company.

I ordered several made to measure blinds and carefully triple checked the measurements before submitting the order. When the blinds arrived, five of them were significantly shorter than the measurements supplied on the order form, meaning they simply do not fit the windows they were intended for.

I contacted the company to explain the issue and provided the measurements showing that the blinds supplied do not match what was ordered. Unfortunately the response has been extremely disappointing. Rather than investigating the problem, they simply referred to their terms and conditions and refused to assist.

The situation is particularly frustrating because the blinds were only opened recently due to serious family circumstances. My father had suffered a brain bleed and had been in hospital, and dealing with blinds was understandably not a priority at the time.

Despite explaining this and showing that the blinds supplied do not match the order measurements, the company has been completely unhelpful and unwilling to investigate the mistake.

When you are buying made to measure blinds you expect the sizes to be correct and for the company to help if something goes wrong. Sadly that has not been my experience here.

Very disappointing customer service.

Thank you for your review however please allow us to clarify a few things. Firstly we have no record of you showing or informing us of the measurements you received. We strongly believe you have given us exact measurements however have selected recess on your order which means we do make deductions to allow the blinds to fit within the recess. This order was received in January and no contact has been made until 16.03.26. Our items are made to measure and we request clearly in our terms that all orders be checked within 3 days of receipt and any errors/damages reported to us within in that timeframe. If, within this time we have made an error as a company we will rectify this however if this is not our fault we are not liable for these. Please do feel free to send us images of your blinds next to a tape measure and we will be happy to advise where the error occurred for your future reference

Beware when measuring

Be very careful if you are seeking to replace a current blind with the width measurements in particular. Note that they measure "exact width" from the edge of the fittings rather than based on the size of the blind itself (this is not at all obvious to someone who doesn't work with blinds day in and day out). I got this wrong and now have to buy a second blind of the correct size. I am partly liable, but also feel the ordering process could have been designed better to save me from making what is surely an easy mistake. The company refused to offer any discount on the supply of the replacement blind. A goodwill gesture would have been nice.

Doesn’t fit properly

Very well made, does the job we wanted it to do, however it didn’t come with any instructions and it doesn’t fit properly, we couldn’t get it in the gap with the insulation tape attached as it was too tight and it was too big without it, so we had to patch it up. It does look nice, it just doesn’t fit properly. As I said, no instructions so not really sure where the tape is supposed to go. Round the edge or on the sides.

REPLY TO 1 CLICK BLINDS!

We used the correct procedure of measuring, as on your website, you were supposed to make the blinds slightly smaller to fit our gap, but they made them the exact size! That’s why they didn’t fit!

Awful business sense

I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered blinds on the 3rd of January. Received confirmation of invoice and money was taken from my bank account. 10 days later received an email demanding £50 extra for said blinds.
I replied saying I had an invoice with all money due and paid for and quoted the law from @thecomplainingcow. All my words were ignored and they asked for more money again ignoring my words. They eventually sent an email saying I cancelled order when I did not and eventually my money appeared back in bank account. This is dreadful service and would not trust them again. I did the order again on different days of different weeks without checking out and all came to the original price, certainly not £50 extra. I hope the @CEO1clickblinds gets to see this and tells the staff that they can not charge customers for glitches in a computer system. Bad business practices.

Do not be fooled

Blinds were purchased last May and they were lovely.
My issue is this: After purchase I was sent an offer, upload a video to social media of my blinds,tag 1clickblinds in and I will receive £10 Amazon voucher as a thankyou.
I did this but got nothing! I contacted them few times but nothing.
So i left a review on here.
Then I got a response,funny that isn't it!
They emailed and apologised and asked me to remove my review which I did and they said I would get my voucher.
Still no voucher a week later!!
FAKE PROMISES AGAIN
To sum up,product lovely but do not be fooled by their promotions or vouchers!!!

Extremely disappointing

I ordered some samples which I have still not received two weeks later. The Company has now asked me to leave feedback. I emailed them stating I hadn’t received the samples but I have yet to receive a reply. So here is my feedback as requested. Please don’t waste your time!

fake offers of vouchers…

After I purchased blinds for my conservatory I received an email saying that if I upload a video of my blinds to TiktokI will get a £10 Amazon voucher.
I did this and informed them but never got a voucher,even after contacting via email and them responding I received nothing!! Just bought lots more blinds but shopped elsewhere,hate fake promises! Now they have sent a similar offer for something else. Will delete.
Don't be fooled. They dont send you anything

Don't bother

Ordered a click blind on the 24th October still waiting apparently it is still in production and on 2 occasions I have had the same generic email. I used them as they advertise quick delivery I would suggest if you want anything quickly don't bother.

Avoid

Ordering was straight forward enough but that was about it!
No updates on when my blind was being delivered. Two and half weeks later, my blind arrived but it wasn't motorised (which I paid an extra £100 for) They collected the blind and then no communication from 1 click blinds. The only way to contact them is through email! Each time I asked for a update on when I would receive the correct blind, I was told they were sorry and that it would be sent out using their over night service and I'd be receiving it the following day
This went on for over a week and I decided to claim my money back and go elsewhere. I then received a phone call from 1click blinds moments later apologising and ensuring me that this isn't how they run their business and I would be getting my blind on Monday (received the call Saturday morning)
My blind finally arrived on the Monday, 4 weeks after ordering them!
So if you want blinds that arrive correctly and in a reasonable time, don't use 1clickblinds

Was Very Disappointed, possibly turned out OK in the end, will update soon

*Edited* Initially I was very disappointed with my experience with 1 Click Blinds. Against my better judgement, I ordered five blinds, I thought it had turned out to be a costly mistake.

My order arrived incomplete, and not the dimensions I wanted due to the lack of info available on their site.. However, after speaking with them directly and giving them constructive feedback on where I believe they are lacking, my order was promised to be refunded. I have re ordered the blinds. I hope they have taken it onboard and from now on potential customers will have a better experience. I have given them 4 stars because I think they can improve on the communication speed.

Very Disappointed — Poor Communication and Misleading Product Information

I’m very disappointed with my experience with 1 Click Blinds. Against my better judgement, I ordered five blinds, and it has turned out to be a frustrating and costly mistake.

My order arrived incomplete, and attempts to contact the company through their online chat have gone unanswered. I specifically required face-fix blinds and followed their instructions carefully, providing the exact aperture dimensions as requested. According to the guidance, the blinds should have been made to those measurements. However, the blinds I received were manufactured to the external dimensions, effectively making them recess-fit, completely unsuitable for my installation needs.

To make matters worse, the website provides no clear information about frame dimensions or how to adjust measurements depending on fitting type. It appears customers are expected to make assumptions about critical details. As an Interior Architect with over 20 years of experience, I find this level of ambiguity and lack of technical clarity unacceptable.

I spent £450 and now have blinds that cannot be used. I regret not trusting my instincts. 1 Click Blinds needs to significantly improve both their customer service response times and the level of product information provided on their website.

Bottom line: A disappointing experience from start to finish, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution choosing such a terrible company. I now wish I had spent a little more than the £450. Bottom line, listen to your gut and trust your experience, this wasn't worth the risk... They really need to up their game, better response time and a lot more information on the product specifics...
