Carlos was excellent. He was very thorough during the intro call and made the entire process smooth and easy. By following his instructions, I was able to pass the first partâthe Business and Finance examâon my first try. Don't waste 5 weeks
This company doesn't deliver the product. It's been over 20 days since I ordered their books. They have sent 30 texts and emails asking for reviews and to sign up for upsells, but no books. Customer service answers the phone with dogs yapping in the background then "drops" the call. Ultimately they refuse to give a ship date and actually deliver the product. I'll be reporting the transaction as fraud and moving on. Do not waste your time with them.
Update:
The company did deliver 9 of the 11 books in the order, plus one print out that is supposed to be a book (that was damaged in transit). Two different deliveries a week or more apart. They did give me a credit for my issues which was nice, but I still can't recommend them.
