Great Customer Service!

Opelousas, LA - Every time that I had an issue (they have all been my fault) with my loan account they have been very patient and helpful to get me back on track... Katie walked me through each step to get onto the new system, there is no NO hold time... NO let me get you someone that can help... Katie from the Opelousas branch knows her stuff... I have worked with others in the office as well and they also have been very helpful and have great customer service skills but I just had to give a special shout out to Katie. Give the girl a raise!

Online access has been out for at least


Online access has been out for at least 3 months. Can’t get any help but they are having trouble with it. Can’t look at account payments or due have to call. So how do we know that payments are being made? I got my total payoff today to refinance and it’s way off from my calculations. Probably just been paying the high interest the whole time. Definitely need to work on making your customers feel like you’re able to do the tasks at hand considering it’s Financhal and can’t even seem to get the online accounts working. Needless to say this will be the last time I use Franklin.
