Excellent Customer Service was what I first noticed.I was greeted by each representative asi entered the store.The first representative asked me how could she help me.I told her the amount I needed,and she instantly began working on it,for me to receive what I needed.Each representative I noticed began to assist each other.They all worked in Harmony with each other.Mr.Theo was the last representative I worked with.He explained each and every step to me , making sure I fully understood each step...Me.Theo was very knowledgeable and supportive,each representative was Courteous and very Professional,and Patient.I was happy to walk into the 1st Franklin Financial store in Fayetteville Georgia... Excellent results.

Everyone there treated us very well and Kylie was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and made us feel like we were important.

That one representative was busy another came over to assist, which I realized this young lady Mrs. Brittany was the Original representative that initial helped me and I requested that she help. So Tiara and Brittany both worked together to get the loan completed in a timely manner.

Mrs Stacy is such a great sweet person. Since day 1 when I started here I loved her if ur having a bad day she’ll make u smile or laugh while u sitting with her when u leave. She’s a great worker and perfect for this company I would rate her a 100 times if I could. I thank her for everything.
