Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a set of single-length irons from this company for $1,299.36 CAD, enticed by their claims of improved consistency and ease of use. As a 12.6 handicap golfer, I was excited by the promise that these clubs would allow me to hit every iron the same way and even bring long irons like the 3 and 4 iron back into my game. Unfortunately, these clubs failed to deliver on all counts.
The clubs were far heavier than any irons I’ve previously played, and the oversized grips made them uncomfortable and difficult to control. Despite asking before purchase if these were suitable for women, I was assured they were. I spent an additional $180 CAD replacing the grips, hoping to make them playable, but they remained inconsistent and harder to hit than my standard irons.
When I reached out to the company for a resolution, they encouraged me to “give the clubs a chance,” which I did in good faith. After several months of trying to make the clubs work, I contacted them again and was told I had waited too long to request a refund. Their final offer of $100 USD—a fraction of the cost—is an insult, especially since they suggested I sell the clubs on eBay, where even well-known brands often sell for next to nothing.
The customer service experience has been equally disappointing. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was told the problem lies with my swing—despite my performance being better with my old clubs—and was met with a dismissive tone that showed little interest in customer feedback. My golf index is 12.6 and I play over 200 rounds per year.
Bottom Line: These clubs are poorly designed, overpriced, and fail to meet their advertised promises. The company lacks accountability, dismisses valid concerns, and offers inadequate resolutions. I would strongly advise against purchasing from them.
