Horrible customer service and inconsistent product
I have one pair of headphones that are great. I purchased a second pair and they had problems connecting and had a static background noise when they did connect. I tried to return them for another pair and had 5 emails back and forth with the company. Each email they asked me to do things that I had already done; pairing them to different devices, sending videos of them not working, downloading an app for updates. Nothing worked and the company still refused to send the return label. Each email kept asking for one more thing instead of realizing their product is defective and needs replacing. At this point I don't want an exchange anymore, I just want a refund.
