Had to verify my account after winning…
Had to verify my account after winning £260. They wanted the time and date of the transaction with my full name.i got a printout from the bank. This only had my name and date sent them a screenshot of my online banking with the time and date, but it didn't have my name on. They wouldn't accept because it all wasn't on one document. Pathetic. Won't be depositing on this site again. Quick to take your money.

Slow deposits and even slower withdrawals
I play in many Casinos, none requires to wager your deposit three times.
The deposit proccess via MBWay requires over five minites to accomplish and the withdrawals are very slow sometimes over 48h..
The game variety is good, only remarks are the ones made above also don't expect many bonus here according to my experience bonus are rare and when you finnaly get them , results are very low

Loyalty doesn't pay, I've been playing this casino for about a year now,and in that time bonus frequency has become non existent and recently I have stopped receiving cashback bonuses, because apparently im over the limit, doesn't really make you feel like a valued customer.

Taking over 10 hours for a crypto withdrawal, blames the issue on the finance departments workload. This is completely unacceptable in 2026. Seems to be a common occurrence
Update. Recieved my crypto withdrawal 24hrs later. I would suggest you get some help in the finance department to avoid reviews such as this

Systemic Bonus-Capping Software Error — Support Stalling on $70 Technical Bug
Cleared a Free Chip promotion which carries a $5,000 maximum win limit. The system erroneously applied the "No Deposit Free Spins" cap ($30) instead of the Free Chip terms, dropping a $100 balance down to $30. Live chat support has explicitly acknowledged this technical glitch, but the ticket has been left in administrative limbo for 4 days over a simple $70 discrepancy. Account email is garywinters89(at)Gmail(dot)com. I will immediately update this review to 5 stars once management processes the manual balance adjustment. In the meantime this warning will remain up indefinitely to inform any of you of the potential administrative delays you may encounter.
*UPDATE June 2, 2026* – Zero progress. I just endured a grueling 4-hour live chat session that ended with zero success in reaching their backend team.
More importantly, their email support has exposed a severe regulatory compliance violation.
According to the CGA Policy Guideline: Terms and Conditions (Version 1.0 | April 2026):
Section 2.2 (Amendments and Updates): Operators must notify players ofm
Section 16 (Compliance & Enforcemenjkt): Violating this constitutes a breach of Article looking11 of License Conditions and Article 5.8(k) of the National Ordinance on Games of Chance, risking fines or license revocation.
I have definitive proof of Section 2.2 being violated. To justify withholding my funds, support provided a fabricated, altered version of their bonus terms. They took the original rule ("The maximum winnings from no-deposit free spins are 30 CAD") and carelessly tacked "/bonuses" onto the end of the text in their email to make it look like it applied to my situation.
This amateur edit doesn't even match their own live website, which explicitly states the maximum win for other bonuses is $7,500 CAD.
Altering terms on the fly to avoid paying a player is a direct licensing breach. I request that my balance be restored to the correct amount immediately.
