1st.finance makes real, income-producing assets investable in fractions — so opportunities that were once reserved for institutions and large investors are open to everyone, from $100. Through our platform, verified investors can own a share of vetted real estate (data centers, commercial, residential and holiday properties), pre-construction developments, and stakes in operating businesses. Every asset is held in its own dedicated special-purpose vehicle (SPV) that holds legal title, and your ownership is a real, documented interest in that vehicle — backed 1:1 by the underlying asset, not synthetic exposure. Investors receive distributions of net income as and when it's generated (rental income is expected; development and business returns are projected, not guaranteed). You can fund your account by bank transfer or, if you prefer, with digital assets — used purely as a funding rail.

I honestly didn’t think staying in a


I honestly didn’t think staying in a property I fractionally own would actually be possible, but I just got back from spending 10 days in Dubai at one of the properties I invested in. It was a completely different experience seeing the place in person and actually being able to enjoy something I have a share in. Definitely one of the more interesting parts of investing through the platform.
