The sales staff in store were really helpful. Delivery was within 5 days of buying as well. I got a 3 hours time slot and delivery arrived on time.

Delivery guys were really helpful, super friendly and helps get my old sofas out before setting up me new ones. Would highly recommend

I ordered a recliner in January on a Sunday of this year. Staff in showroom very helpful. Amazed delivery on the Thursday of following week. Delivery arrived late, driver rude. Recliner damaged. I contacted head office several times before I received a reply. Under duress of continuous emails, phone calls finally received an email telling me ‘to massage the arms of the recliner & warmth of room would rectify the problem’. Bearing in mind I am a 78year old pensioner with arthritis. After several weeks they sent out someone with a heat gun to solve the problem consequently to no avail as the recliner does not have memory foam! Finally they replaced it this week with a delivery time between 12.50pm-03.50 pm. With no way of tracking delivery…it finally arrived after 6.30pm. Needless to say I will never ever purchase anything from this company.

Excellent delivery by pascal was courteous friendly and explained the sofa to me. Rang when they was 15 minutes away. Would highly recommend them as delivery people. Also took the packaging with them when I had said i would get rid of it.

First saw the corner sofa we wanted online, visited the Farnham showroom and placed our order. Just 6 days later, we have taken delivery!! Friendly helpful staff from showroom to delivery. Communication spot on and full tracking available on delivery day. Extremely good value for money!!!

From our visit to the showroom until the completed delivery, Abode’s service has been next level. The guys in the showroom listened to what we wanted, helped us move the setup around to check if we liked it, with no over selling. Great job Gloucester showroom. Delivery service from Jordy and Chris was fantastic. The showed care to the furniture they delivered and where polite and professional throughout. 100% use Abode in the future.

What can a say the the whole process from start to finish has been easy and stress free, the delivery guy Pascal and the other guy who's name i did not catch, were 10/10 polite, friendly and real can do attitude. also quick and precise got the job done with good time and completed it with a smile on ther faces

Great service! I spoken to them directly as I had some questions before odering. Sales guy was great very helpful and knowageable. Processed the order quickly and had a deilvery dates 2 hrs later! Day of delivery you get live tracking to see where your deliverly is, ZERO guess work and nice call 15mins arrival! THRILLED with my Sofa and the sercvice
