Two year ago a car 4X4 reversed into me in a Hopital queue or mixed Traffic Ambulances & Private Cars! I was taking my long term partner Jeanne for her Liver Cancer assessment although the prognosis was Terminal! Poor Jeanne! A Liver Transplant NOT POSSIBLE! WHY I DONT KNOW OR WHY WITH REGULAR BLOOD TESTS HER FAINTING REGULARLY WASNT KNOWN. HER WHOLE BODY TURNED LOBSTER COLOUR! A RETIRED GP SAID SH URGENTLY NEEDS TO SEE AN ONCOLOGIST & WROTE A LETTER TO OUR GP IN LEWISHAM! IT WAS 4 MONTHS TO WAIT FOR AN APPT AT ST GEORGES WOOLWICH! ULTRA SOUND FOUND TUMOURS IN HER LIVER & APPARENTLY TOO LATE !
ANYWAY THE GUY THAT CRASHED INTO US A SMILING COCKY MUSLIM SAID NO DAMAGE AS HE PICK ED MY HEADLIGHTS WHICH HAD POPPED OUT OF THEIR SOCKETS WITH THE FORCE OF HIS CHARGE BACKWARDS. ALTHOUGH I HAD FULLY COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE INCLUDING A CAR REPLACEMENT I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED A PENNY AS THE OTHER DRIVER WOULD NOT GIVE ME HIS NAME & ADDRESS! HE WAS STUCK IN THE TRAFFIC QUEUE. I PHONED 999 FOR POLICE & THEY DID NOTHING. I FOUGHT IT WAS ILLEGAL NOT TO EXXHANGE NAMES & ADDRESSES. THE OPERATOR SAID TO ME I HAVE HIM RECORDED REFUSING YOU HIS DETAILS ! THE POLICE DID NOTHING & I HABE NOT BEEN PAID PR PROVIDED WITH A CAR . ONE STOP JUST SAID I DIDNT GET HIS NAME & ADDRESS????? AXA ALTHOUGH THE UNDERWRITERS HAVE NOT PAID ME EITHER! SO IT SEEMS IF YOU ADMIT NOTHING IN AN ACCIDENT THAT IS YOUR FAULT THE POLICE & INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL DO NOTHING! I WONDER IF I SET LIGHT TO THEIR BUILDINGS I WILL HET SOME RESPECT AN ACTION! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE ONE STOP STOPPED MY INSURANCE DDM . THE ASSESSORS NEVER TURNED UP TO REVIEW MY VEHICLE SO IT STOOD OUTSIDE ONE DAY THE POLICED TURNED UP STATING I WAS NOT INSURED I SAID IT IS WITH THIS ONLINE COMPANY BUT APPARENTLY THEY STOPPED MY DDM WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR MY INSTRUCTION. THE POLICE IMPOUNDED MY CAR & I BELIEVE IT TO BE IN THE POLICE POUND I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THESE ACTIONS AGAINST A WHITE INDIGENOUS HETEROSEXUAL! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE UK NO LONGER HONEST & UP RIGHT PEOPLE BUT A MEAN CLANDESTINE ANTI INDIGENOUS SOCIETY OF RAPISTS & MURDERERS UNCHECKED & A TREASONOUS STARMER BLAIR & LABOUR POLITICIANS & THE RIDICULOUS SAGA OF THE CHAGOS ISLANDS GIVEN TO ENEMIES WHO WE PAY ! WE PAY! CAN SOMEBODY WAKE ME FROM THIS WOKE NIGHTMARE! JEANNE HAS BEEN IN SPIRIT FOR TWO YEARS & SHE IS CAUSING THESE MONSTER RULERS LEADERS & "BUSINESSMEN" CROOKS PROBLEMS! THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION! LIKE CHRIST I ONLY TELL TRUTH SO THEY ARE TRYING TO CRUCIFY ME! I HAVE MUCH WRITTEN TO BE RELEASED OUTLINING THE CROOKS IN PARLIAMENT CIVIL SERVICE "BUSINESS" PEOPLE. THE INCIDENT ACTUALLY NEAELY 3 YEARS NOW CAR REVERSING INTO ME JUST AFTER NOON 8TH JUNE 2023. THE CALENDER NEXT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO ENTER INFORMA

Excellent service from 1Stop Insurance. For a number of reasons a slightly complicacted quote for insurance for my two cars was handled very efficiently by Richard and his team. A premium rebate following verification of an incident not being my fault was very promtly actioned by 1Stop Insurance. Many Thanks.

Poor broker service. If you only want a broker to source you a policy, then fair enough, they did their job, but that is as far as it goes.
Never explained our policy’s and all the conditions in it and when it came to making a claim, all they did is give us a phone number for the insurance company, so you might as well go directly with an insurer. Very disappointed.
