Very terrible people and service. I was baited with their impossible refund policy and I was ripped of my hard earned £450

They do not accept cancellation so trick you with their 30 day’s class attendance and project completion so you can’t cancel. Be careful!!!

I regret to say that my experience with 1to10x was nothing short of a fraudulent scheme. From fake promises to blatant lies, this company cheated me at every step—whether it was about refunds, services, or support.

How I Was Deceived
False Promises: They lured me in with guarantees of success, but in reality, provided zero support or results.

Fake Refund Policy: Despite their claims of a money-back guarantee, they refused to refund me when they failed to deliver.

Shady Representatives: I spoke with their so-called "Admission Manager," Shanu Kumar (or Shanu Srivastav)—now I wonder if that was even his real name! Shockingly.

Right from the beginning it was a push strategy to sell course by name 6-Month Data Analytics & AI Program with Microsoft certification.
Sales person Imran Khan &Shreya deployed in UK are all a team scattered across the globe where the HQ is in USA , customer calling team in India. In the beginning everything is told in a convincing manner in the beginning even with regards to refund policy of £900 which never happens.
Attending sessions sharing screenshot of class attended if all is shared yet the follow up team drop mails stating one hasn't attended the session as its a random mail whereby they have to prove students wrong and they have been correct in their saying , no body can challenge these Folks!
Emotional way of selling the product by stating " you left everything just to make a career for self in ur dream country.... " and that's when we are trapped.

My only advice will be if there is anything in life if some one pushes you that's the moment to turn off that particular connection.

I have shared 40mail conversation to prove my word, yet a deaf hear. To submit assignments of the classes that were held and not understood they expect us to enroll to another Data analyst mentor who can teach us and submit 1to10x assignments that's ridiculous & insane.

I Would request please stay away from such scammers who are plotted to change meaning of words such as trusts & beliefs!

I attended 2 days course, which provided me great knowledge of AI Data Analyst. This was delivered by live demonstrations from various individuals in a simple-to-follow demonstrations, but very informative information, using various AI tools, such as Octoparse, tableau, Dataset and IPython Notebook and many more. I must say I was very impressed and would highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in embarking in this career.

I attended webinar and in webinar they told 7 days trial for $7. I opted for same but later realized that I cant give justice to learning. So before trial period end I sent mail to support (as told in webinar). But they still charged me $991 and after multiple request , evidence. They returned me $891. They said $99 for bank fees. It was such a shock. I paid $99 +$7 with no my fault. Felt betrayed and fraud victim. So Please careful.

This company advertised a “30-day money-back guarantee” with the promise of a hassle-free refund if I chose not to continue with the course. Initially, I was assured by Akshay Chauhan from the marketing/sales team that no questions would be asked and the refund would be processed smoothly.

However, just two weeks after enrolling, I requested a refund—and that’s where everything changed. Akshay stopped responding to my calls and never called back. I emailed their support team and only received an automated acknowledgment. It’s now been another two weeks with complete silence and no resolution.

They also list a contact number inside the customer portal, but it never connects. At this point, every attempt to reach them has failed, and it feels like all avenues have been deliberately closed off.

Sadly, it appears I have been misled and tricked into paying for something with false promises of a refund. Potential customers, please be cautious before trusting their claims.

I want to echo what others said about a lack of transparency and add to that their shady sales tactic that was really just an attempt at insulting my intelligence. They called it a "scholarship" when I knew it was nothing of a sort. They calculated how many people they want to take on to their mentoring programme and then offered that number of places at the fee they want and did what everyone else does, ie they tell you it's worth thousands "but if you get accepted into our scholorship programme you'll get it for $1500" when really it was always $1500 because nobody is going to hand over $13,500 which is what they claim the value to be

There was over an hour and half of them pitching this at the end. I was expecting a pitch so I switched off my recording device at this point and went downstairs to cook. I came back an hour and a half later and they were still pitching. Obviously not enough people signed up because the next day they rang me up asking me "what seems to be the problem? Why aren't you joining our scholarship?". When I started explaining that I didn't need it because I already knew what they were teaching and I came along to see if I could learn anything new and learn how they were doing things, they just put the phone down without even bothering to let me finish my sentence. Just typing high pressure sales tactics from people who CLAIM "we just want to share these skills with everyone because it's made us so much money". If it's made them so rich why do they need to try and pressure people to sign up when it shouldn't matter to them.

I don't know how Ankit was entrepreneur of the year a number of times with these types of ethics. Should be manipulator of year and bully of the year with the high pressure sales tactics.

Ankit also never answered when anyone challenged him. He said something about how WordPress meant anyone could build a website with no coding knowledge and experience and without needing to know PHP or MySQL I answered with "no that's actually not entirely true. Yes you can but only up to a point. If you want to build anything professionally you need to know or AT LEAST understand the languages. I know because I did WordPress development professionally for over 6 years" but they didn't address that or any of the other challenges. They only answer when people agree with them.

They also told everyone that they would not need to know how to write code to do this and yet in their curriculum there is a massive section on SQL which most people wouldn't have understood to be a coding language for databases. It was a major part of the course so YES they would need to at least understand the code even if they don't need to write it. You can't use and modify AI generated code if you don't understand it or you'll never know whether it's correct or not or whether any modifications are appropriate or not. They try and sell you so many lies.

Don't be fooled by those saying they liked the teaching, they're either bot or been paid to say something good. These 1to10x will consficate your money. They are not affiliated to Microsoft and their claimed Microsoft certificate is not true, do your research before getting involved with the scammers.

GHANIM IS VERY PATIENT KNOWLEDGEABLE, HIS WAY OF TEACHING MAKES IT EASY TO UNDERSTAND.

But after that, I am very grateful for the support I received, and the tutor was very good at helping with the homework, which we don't go through in the class

I attended the bootcamp initially, and it was good. However, things took a turn when they asked for a non-refundable booking fee of $90, which wasn't clearly communicated during the bootcamp. When I requested a refund, citing the 45-day refund policy mentioned during the bootcamp, they refused, stating it was non-refundable.

## Lack of Transparency and Support
The admissions team, particularly Shanu Shrivastava, was very aggressive in trying to get me to enroll in the program, calling me multiple times. However, when I decided not to proceed, there was complete radio silence. No one bothered to call me to discuss the refund of the booking fees.

## Unmet Expectations
They claimed to share screenshots of our live chat conversation, but that never happened. It's been almost a week, and I'm still waiting for any update on my refund.

## Advice to Others
Be cautious when dealing with this organization. Make sure to carefully review all terms and conditions before committing to anything. The lack of transparency and poor customer support is disappointing.

I signed up for the 2 day bootcamp hoping to learn more about data analytics and get some real, hands-on experience as was advertised. The first 45 minutes were spent trying to pitch why we need to be in data analytics: it was a waste of time; that's why I signed up because I knew it was an important field. People showed up unprepared and wasted people's time in the chat. The presentations were all pre-recorded but we were led to believe they would be live presenters. And finally, they kicked me out of the first day of the webinar after 90 minutes because I was active in the chat, answering questions, and being honest.

This is a fraudulent organization. I was asked to pay an initial deposit of USD99, then they started chasing me around for my financial commitments to the course fee. I then decided I was no longer interested and demanded a refund of my USD99 (GBP78), I was totally disappointed in their callous and inconsiderable statement: 'The USD99(GBP 78) is not refundable'. This was never made known to me before I paid.

they sell the course stating that you can take refund whenever you want wothin 45 days , if you dont like classes.
first they will chase via sales call to get the money out you , and then when you try to exercise the right to refund , they will put conditins that they have not even mentioned.

i attended all the live classes , and they have shown that i have nissed one live class and not done all the assignments on time.

Bullshit , jsut another scam on the road,
dont get fooled by the the company and fancy advertisement , these are just marketing gimmick.

they have not even provided escalation point of contact , so one has no chance of escalating too

the quality of classes are not at all wroth the money , they are just teaching copy paste certain things , which can be done by oneself for that one do not have pay load of money,
you cannot ask questions in the class.., this not expalined why and where there class teaching will be used ....
just for the sake of delivering anything they running the classes

dont ever fall for the programme instead join a reputed institute, atleast there will be some authencity
