1to1 Flooring レビュー

Highly HIGHLY recommend! Amazing customer care from start to finish, professional, communicative, informative an absolute dream of a company to go with. Honestly... don't look anywhere else.
So impressed.

First class service from start to finish. John was brilliant in the shop when I first went in for advice and Elliott was just as helpful when he came to measure rooms. Fitters were on time, very pleasant and cleaned up well. Excellent job.
The Berkhamsted shop is a lovely showroom with parking which is a boon.
Would thoroughly recommend this business.

The showroom staff were extremely friendly and helpful, keeping me informed throughout the process.
I was really impressed with the carpet fitting service. The fitters Shane and Harry were brilliant, very polite and professional. I highly recommend them. Thank you
very much.

Fabulous customer care from start to finish. Kathy looked after us very well throughout the entire process, and we are delighted with our new carpet. Would highly recommend.

thoroughly pleased with the amtico installation completed this week. Signed up to trust pilot just to give this review!

We’ve had a few carpets and floors fitted over the years and Clayton was by far the most professional, skilled and hard working fitters I have seen. Attention to detail spot on - he had uneven floorboards and many awkward angles to contend with. Very tidy, lightning work ethic, arrived bright and early each day..a credit to your business.

We had a limited need from this company - to supply a carpet. That was it. We had our own fitter and everything we needed. From start to finish the service was 5 star. They afforded us a great deal, kept us informed and sourced the carpet from Alternative. And when Alternative sent the wrong carpet they swiftly (it couldn't have been more swift) sorted it out and had the carpet of choice delivered to our home. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and if I want carpet in the future would have no hesitation in returning. Apologies to warehouse staff for my 'rant' when Alternative messed up. Thank you so much.

Having been a past customer the customer service received was as we expected second to none. The carpet was ordered, but due to manufacturing issues a delay was experience however Paul Thomas kept us informed of the progress of the order . The fitting was carried by two capable young men both named Carl, who were polite , explaining what was happening and completed an excellent job.
Highly recommend the company for its products and customer service.

Matt and the team are just outstanding. We have returned to them many times. When first looking for flooring we visited every outlet in the area, and Matt and the Team at 1to1 stood out. Much more helpful, and professional than all the others. Spent time with us discussing and finding the best product for us, within our budget. We have and will only ever offer our business to Matt and the team for anything we need in the future.

We've just had our floors fitted by 1to1 Flooring, and we couldn't be happier with the finish. Matt and Paul where both patient and understood our vision and budget. The fitters where brilliant and a pleasure to have around. All in all a great experience.

We used 1to1 flooring to a couple of times now, firstly to lay a new Karndean floor in our lounge and conservatory, then to lay a new carpet to our stairs and bedrooms.
I can't recommend them highly enough, Richard and the sales team in Harpenden and the installation teams were excellent, they all treated us and our property with respect and did a faultless job on both counts.

Cannot say enough in praise of our experience with Kathy and Richard at the Harpenden store. We started by ordering bathroom flooring and ended up ordering flooring for the whole house (carpet and LVT). Professional, hugely knowledgeable, efficient and just a pleasure to work with. Also matched a lower quote offered elsewhere. They gave us brilliant advice, but also helped us enormously when we ran into difficulties (because of shoddy workmanship on our UFH). Fantastic experience and hghly recommend!!

I love our new Invictus herringbone flooring! It was a long process to get here as we had old click engineered flooring down and didn’t know the state of the floor underneath, but Matt and the team were very patient and sent someone out a couple of times extra to help guide us. We borrowed (with a deposit) so large flooring samples which were brilliant. Would definitely recommend! The duo flooring who laid the floor on the day were also excellent!

So pleased with our new carpet from Harpenden 1 to 1 flooring. Everything great, from choosing the carpet in store and with samples at home, to the fitting. All went smoothly and we were kept well informed at every stage.
Would not hesitate to use again.

I recently had Karndean flooring installed throughout the ground floor by Ryan and Adam they were fantastic and cleaned up perfectly afterwards.

Literally best customer service I have ever had, Jenny is one of the best, caring friendly, giving proper and honest advise.
All the team were great the guy who came for measurements and installation so professional.

Couldn't be happier with the flooring we have had fitted. Received exceptional customer service from Kathy and Richard at the Harpenden branch. Kathy is so knowledgeable and her expert advice was much appreciated. Jamie fitted the floor with great care and attention to detail we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Appalling customer service. After 24hrs the LVT flooring bubbled and could be peeled off by hand, but they continued to lay 2 more room!
They also lifted.
1 to 1 refused to accept any responsibility. The legal teams at WHICH? and our credit card agreed with us. We were awarded a full refund. Shameful

Would definitely recommend. Matt in the St Albans store was very helpful and went above and beyond when we were un-decided on advice given by our builders part way through our renovation. Michael and Aaron who came to fit out flooring were exceptionally helpful, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely to deal with people who clearly take pride in their work and in our experience, have just been throughly decent - thank you.

I received exceptional service from Tony, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have just had Amtico installed in a French weave design in our study. The end result is absolutely stunning.

Very happy with the service provided by Matt from 1:1 flooring in St.albans.
Callum and Harley did an amazing job at fitting out the whole house. Very clean and neat.
