1to1 Flooring レビュー

Great knowledgable staff, very helpful.

If your working on a project, like an extension or garage conversion and or are not a flooring expert, then I would advise not to use the sales company 1to1 flooring and instead to work with a local trades person or a supplier directly.

I chose 1to1 because I’m not a flooring expert and trusted they would take care of every detail. Sadly this has not been my experience.

They are not able to estimate based on detailed plans (my little home project was a 3 meter extension). You have to figure it out yourself and provide the sqm needed. From your estimate they provide a price (80 sqm Karndean, over £6k) and request 50% payment upfront in order to have an estimator and install dates booked.

You’ll get everything planned and timed with your builders around the install date and then a few weeks later an unhelpful estimator will come round and feedback that the extended area with a new floor must have been dry for months before they can final estimate to then install their products, something they fail to disclose to you during the sales process, even after you enquire as to their screed preferences. They will then suggest paying more to keep to the installation by having a membrane put down first.

I shared concerns with management at the St Albans branch and was met with a passive aggressive email response, firmly blaming me for not knowing flooring dna and required dry times for their product.

Hearing the poor attitude of management, I have since had my money back and I’m now working with a local trades person

1 to 1 flooring provided an excellent, professional, efficient and friendly service throughout. Right from the first visit to the shop to the installation (excellent and exactly when promised) we could not have been happier

Great experience with 121 flooring Barnet. Jenny in the saleroom was incredibly helpful. Matt and Reese who fitted our Amtico floor were polite, knowledgeable, tidy and hard-working. Nothing was too much trouble, it was a pleasure to have them in our home and we are thrilled with the end result. Highly recommended.

From start to finish these guys were brilliant.
Lovely staff, very helpful, great customer service
Everything done when I was told it would be and a great job in fitting a great quality carpet.. really impressed.
Thankyou guys

We were so happy with our carpet laid by 1 to 1 flooring. Matt was extremely helpful and patient with us also and help select the perfect carpet for us. The carpet looks and feels great. Everyone involved was very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend using them.

Excellent job all round!

We were extremely pleased with how it all tuned out. Friendly and professional customer service by all. The fitters were very knowledgable and full of useful advice.

Shout out to Matt Goss who project managed superbly.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Thorough knowledge of all projects. Would 100% recommend!

We ordered a new floor from 1to1 recently. Excellent service. Matt and Chloe were responsive, helpful, professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this company.

Staff in your Barnet showroom were great. Very attentive, helpful and patient with us.
There was also a very slick process of purchasing and arranging fitting etc. Great communications too. Overall we were really impressed and happy.

This is the Rolls Royce of showrooms. Having visited many stores to be shown a tiny strip of Amtico, it was a joy to see the vast selection on offer at 1to1 Flooring. Matt was so helpful, informative and extremely knowledgeable. He allowed us to narrow our choice down to 3 with his tips and suggestions and showed us the visual app in the Amtico website and photos of previous jobs that clearly showed the excellent work undertaken by their team. Would recommend this shop to anyone thinking of getting LVT/ Amtico.

I don’t normally write reviews but after the excellent service I received from Matt and the fitters from 1 to 1 flooring I felt I had to say something. It’s great to get some customer service again very friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble even from getting samples during the lockdown. I did measure it myself but Matt had offered to get someone out and he was there to gud me through what he needed. When they fitted the carpet the fitters wore masks and done a fantastic job they even hoovered up!!

Excellent Service!!! Friendly and professional staff!!!

I had a great experience with 1 to 1 Flooring from start to finish. They were exceptionally helpful, especially Matt and Chloe! We had several issues (we hadn’t ordered enough floor) but they were so quick to respond and help. I’d highly recommend them. Even now they are still helping me with after-care questions etc. Great service

I am so pleased that I chose to go with 1 to 1 Flooring for my carpets. I am one of the most indecisive people ever and am an expert at doubting myself, but having Matt on board made choosing so much easier for me. He is a good listener and has the patience of a saint! He is extremely knowledgeable, and really helped me to pick exactly the right type of carpet to suit my family’s lifestyle, as well as the shade suitable for my home and decor.
Mark the estimator was very warm and friendly, as were the fitters - which is a good thing when you have strangers in your house! It’s a much nicer experience all around when the people you let into your home make you feel comfortable and safe. I received an excellent service all around, the communication from Matt was brilliant, I can’t fault my experience at all, and more importantly, I couldn’t be happier with my carpets!

Fantastic service and a really good job done. Everyone was so nice to deal with, everything was easy and my bathroom floor looks beautiful. Thanks to all at 1to1 flooring.

After an initial "Covid-19" hick-up we were very pleased with the service provided by 1to1Flooring and are very pleased with the outcome. Chloe kept us informed of progress. We are quite happy to recommend this firm

Superb service and real care for customers. The best flooring business I have dealt with by far.

Great people, great service, great prices and a pleasure to work with.
