1to1 Flooring レビュー

Really good service from the initial visit to the showroom and advice given to the actual fitting. We're delighted with our new kitchen flooring and will definitely use this company again in the future.

An excellent service from start to finish. Kathy was very helpful & knowledgable. The carpet fitters were polite, punctual and thorough. I would highly recommend 1to1 flooring and will definitely use them again.

Great and high quality shop. Expert and most polite sales staff. Good and honest advice. Good quality and fair prices.

After my neighbour had just ordered his floor here and was very happy himself, I was recommended to have a look as well, as we’re both in the process of completing a house refurb with new flooring throughout.

Matt helped us and he was great to deal with. Very patient, most polite, but critically important, actually gave really good advice, has a keen eye for design and detail, and did not try and talk us to the most expensive flooring. We ended up with a very good quality flooring, we brought some of the kitchen doors with colours to the shop, and Matt laid out various matching samples. Putting them in day light as well as shade, and just all in we were being made feeling very confident about our choice, having been able to compare many samples, in different lights, in different price ranges and brands.

Also good advice on the various maintenance cycles that different type of floors require.

Lastly, also communication after the sale was great, as going into the corona crisis and logistic options re delivery etc. becoming gradually more tricky, everything was organised and communicated well. At no point I felt any concerns around arrangements after the sale.

So in summary: Other than a significant outlay, buying a floor in a shop is quite a substantial decision, as it’s hard to change your mind once the floor is in really. To that extent, having been able to extensively look at various floors, get good advice, good after care, and still fair prices, made it for us an all-round great buying experience.

Will certainly come back and recommend to friends.

1to1 flooring provide an excellent service. Great choice of carpets in the shop. Knowledgeable and helpful advice from the staff. Fantastic fitting service - very thorough, and with great workmanship. I would definitely use 1to1 flooring again.

Great service from Kathy in the shop to the carpet fitter and beautiful carpets. Thank you - we will be using 1 to 1 again very soon.

Kathy at 1to1 in Harpenden is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and keen to help people. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Their products are great and we are very happy with our new carpet.

I was recommended to speak to Matt following the excellent service he gave one of my friends. He was professional, prompt and offered the best price for the flooring we were after. I will be sure to be telling all my friends about him if they need any flooring.

Excellent service & terrific range to choose from.

THE WHOLE SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. SO HAPPY WITH MY STAIRS CARPER THAT I AM HAVING THE REST OF THE HOUSE DONE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND 1TO1FLOORING. THANK YOU

1-2-1 flooring installed lvt in my home In may 2019. I called them last week Jan 2020 regarding a slight discoloration
With a few panels. They arranged for the fitter to attend a week later. Derek replaced the tiles, no fuss no drama. They have been excellent from my first call last march. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service from Matt, he understood are requirements and was very helpful until we got what we required. The floor looks amazing and would definitely recommend them.

I am not the most decisive of people but Matt Goss was incredibly patient and provided brilliant advice and guidance. The range available to choose from was fantastic and I eventually, with his help, found what I was looking for. Once I had placed my order the service was seamless and the flooring arrived within a few days for me to collect as planned. Thank you Matt for being so patient - I have no doubt I drove you mad!

Excellent service. Quick turn around from ordering to fitting.
Shop staff very helpful.
Fitters excellent.

Very happy to give five stars.

We just had wood flooring installed in two rooms by 1 to 1 flooring. The whole process was extremely professional from our first visit to the shop where Michelle helped us to choose the right product, right through to installation. Tony, the fitter was one of the most conscientious people I’ve ever met, his finish was absolutely perfect, he kept the place tidy as he worked and was a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be happier with the end result, fantastic product and a fantastic company to deal with, I would recommend 1 to 1 flooring to anyone.

Great Service, great product and Great Fitters.

3 bedroom house fully laminated in less than 3 weeks of estimate and quote. All done to a high standard by Tony who fitted the full floor. Most competitive price from 3 quotes in St Alban's.
