I had less that a week to book some flights to Puerto Rico - I was given great flight options - including connecting flights and it was cheaper than using Expedia

Called up to book flights to Thailand after looking on the website for prices which looked to good to be true and spoke to a sales person who said they would give me those prices etc and had great landing times etc however when I called back after 1 hour, I was told I was given incorrect prices and that deal was not available!
This call then latest over an hour, spoke to Alex and OMG he had the patience of a saint. He sorted everything out for me, with a professional manner and with ease...booked it, paid for it and even got a courtesy call the following day to make sure I had received my e- ticket via email. Definitely use them again in the future and speak to Alex!

very good customer service, helpful & good prices. Would use again

Very helpful and friendly staff who remained professional throughout our constant request for essential changes. Will definitely be using them again in the future, thank you.

The staff in particular Alex dealt with all my requests and quarries with utmost sensitivities and helped to book the flights in the best professional manner. The deals were also very good.

I was astonished to read the previous reviews!! I phoned up about flights to Hong Kong via Bangkok. The prices quoted were over £150 more than shown on their website. After a plenty of evasiveness the consultant I spoke to eventually conceded that the prices shown on their website for the flights I wanted were not available. When I told him that he shouldn't be displaying prices that he can't offer I was told they had no control over what marketing put on the website, and was invited to raise a complaint. I simply don't deal with companies who indulge in that sort of practice, the call ended very promptly after that!!

All carried out on the phone with no hassle. We did change it about as we wasn't sure the best route but Samuel was very patient and knowledgeable. He sorted out in no time what I had been trying to do for hours. And he saved us a flight that we didn't need.
Well pleased.

Always a pleasure to deal with.

Alex is a very nice person who helped me find the best possible price by beating the quotation I had.

After struggling for several days to book reasonably priced flights to Australia I was introduced to Worlwideflights.com by my sister in law. From the moment the phone was answered ( within 15 seconds ) the booking agent , Samuel, provided a comprehensive list of airlines and
their fares. I started attempting to book a stopover to alleviate such a long flight but unfortunately the only airlines available, with permitted stopovers, were mega expensive. However Samuel stuck with me and eventually we managed to book 2 direct flights at an affordable prize ( Singapore Air )
The payment process is completed via a secure banking link and no details were asked for over the phone. The following morning I received an e.mail containing my e.tickets, a quick confirmation call to Samuel, and he promptly secured me booked seats for all stages of the journey. Plus I shouldn't say this but as a recommended customer they also provided me with ESTA visas for Australia, free. ( sssshhh.).
As a regular traveller to Australia, and first time user of Worldwide flights I am genuinely impressed.

Efficient service, could have been slightly more flexible. Unusually after internet searching the flight price was what was displayed on the website!

Looking for last Minute, got a wonderful service from Alex and Ben. Honest and trustworthy guys. I couldn't ask for better service.

I've used WWF on a few occasions to book direct flights & have found them to be knowledgable & efficient with competitive prices. Simple, no frills & great service from Thomas.

Your agent Roy was very helpful and did his best to sort everything that I needed
