I purchased a company from them in April, and to this day, I still do not have ownership. They take weeks to respond to emails or chat, making communication incredibly frustrating. After demanding additional payments to release documents, they go completely silent even after payment is made. This is a scam – stay far away!

This company is a scam. Please stay away for your own sake. They do not respond after you have bought their services. They do not deliver on the services they sell you.
Be aware that some of their 5 star reviews are fake..

The efficiency of the staff are not very good. There are long periods of waiting between email responses and they do not have any telephonic support, unless you pay them and additional fee.

Working with many different Jurisdictions, this is the first time we have experienced delays or short answers to our questions that are half-heartedly answered.

Its like getting water from a stone.

I am sure there are more effective companies out there that could offer similar services.

For my company, I purchased a VAT registration package in Germany. the offer mentions: "Fast and reliable service for VAT Registration and obtaining the VAT Number in Germany for your German or foreign company. € 99.00"
After paying, I received an email from them saying that to activate this service it is mandatory to purchase other packages including one that appoints them as my tax representatives and another that delegates them to send our VAT statements to the German state. The total "mandatory to pay for VAT registration" is a minimum of € 696, but they recommend the other € 1092 package. Based on their refund policy I asked for a refund. I will keep you informed!
