After contacting support multiple times, they refused to take responsibility and simply told me to contact my bank. This is highly disappointing because the payment was made using the details provided by their system.

I have all the proofs including:

- UPI transaction details
- Bank statement
- Screenshots of payment and failed deposit status

Despite sharing everything, no refund or proper investigation has been done.

This raises serious concerns about how user funds are handled. It seems like users are left helpless when something goes wrong.

I have already reported this case to Cyber Crime authorities and will continue to escalate this issue legally.

Be extremely careful while depositing money on this platform, especially through third-party payment methods. If anything goes wrong, you may not get your money back.
