Terrible business practices.

This business promotes 24/7 service it states a prescription for a dental infection would be sent within 2-3 hours. It’s 8 hours later no update. What did I pay for?? Customer service is impossible to reach. You ppl are sick. I’ve filed every complaint possible

I placed my order over 5 hours ago and I decided to contact them by phone after calling 10 times and someone found the answer they tell me my order hasn’t even been up for review and their website says within five hours you’ll have your prescription. Do not waste your money with this business here 24 hour docs is some trash.

Refused antibiotics for a uti AND TOLD ME TO GO SEE A DENTIST !!!!! I cannot make it up!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a scam. They take your money… a dr allegedly reviews the prescription… and then they just never send it to the pharmacy. Then try calling customer service… takes you to a voicemail inbox and no one ever calls back.

I been suffering with a sinus infection for the past two days with pressure in my face fever earache headache over-the-counter medication wasn’t doing anything got online here paid 39.99 to get a prescription to help me. I was told after three hours I will get a response in a prescription will be sent to CVS. It’s been five hours later now I get an email saying they can’t prescribe me a prescription and I’m here suffering I requested a refund and I can’t get a refund. This is so unfair to be taken 39.99 from me and I’m still here suffering with a sinus infection and you’re telling me that I can’t even get a refund and they refuse to call in the medication for me to get well, I would never use this platform again to try to get help. There are a bunch of scammers getting peoples money and not calling in prescription. Please do not use. 24 hour doc.

Horrible! They prescribed 2 tablets of Zyrtec. It is already an over the counter med. this place is a giant scam.

Horrible experience. Incorrect diagnosis with a a prescription that won’t help gave me a prescription for swimmers ear when I have an inner ear infection. Customer service won’t respond at all. Very painful ear infection and I just wasted $40 on this company. Never use this scammer service.

Stay away i called prior to make sure they would be able to fill in my script because my Dr was unreachable went MIA. I gave them all nessacery info.A few hours later I get an email stating that they filed it, Then in the same email at the bottom, it says thst they couldn't fill it...waste of time and money.. STAY AWAY.... NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. Scammars... I'm contacting the BBB, and the health bord, to let them know all about these Kind of people...
