I bought a helmet that on site wasâŠ
I bought a helmet that on site was listed as 1070+/- 50gr but the listing was wrong and the actual weight (written on the helmet) was 1250+/- 50gr which is a far cry from the listing's specs. I returned the helmet and await the outcome. The rest of the order was as described. I have been a customer multiple times and have had a good experience with the company.
Edit: the company has a user- friendly return UI that I used in which you are given the chance to describe the reason for the return.
I used it (many days ago - the day after I had the products delivered) hoping that they'll resolve the issue soon. In case they do I will increase this score to 5 stars as their pricing is hard to beat, at least at the European level.
