Unprofessional. Bad customer service.
Very unprofessional business with bad customer service:
- They don’t have a phone number nor an online chat. You can reach them only by email.
- They take for ever to reply to emails.
- They sent me the wrong items.
- I sent them pictures of it, but then they asked for even more pictures and let me wait a long time before admitting they were wrong and finally giving me some way to return the items.
- They clearly write everything through Google Translate.

Our customer care is open Monday-Friday 8-17, and will reply within 24 hours during these days, unless we need to wait for information from another department or instance.
In your case, we have seen that it was our claim department that requested more documentation, and that the customer care agent replied to you as fast as possible in the situation.
We see that you have been offered compensation but declined.

Toimitus oli nopea, mutta valitettavasti teltta osoittautui tosi huonoksi. Ei kestä pientä tuulta vaan jalat vääntyivät eikä telttaa pysty enää käyttämään. Aika kallis ilo noin 30 minuutin käytöstä.

Web site is easy to use. When you have your bike information allready in, it makes things easyer.
Only sending things back could be faster, but it's not about you, how the post system works.

Do not order from here if you live in finland. Because you will not get the thing you ordered.
I ordered front fender, but i live in finland and you told me afterwards that you cannot ship to finland.i didn't even get the thing i ordered. And i didn't even get my money back because i didn't get the code to open the post box😤 Im so angry right now because you stole my gooddamn money

When you order from the Finnish site, in Finland, your order is processed properly. That is also why payment goes through.
In the tracking link of your returned order, we see that the parcel has not arrived at our warehouse yet.

Bought a motorcycle lift that is literally unable to lift a motorcycle weighing 140kg, even though the lift max capacity is 150kg. You put the lift under the bike, and try to lift it and it will start to tilt to the side you're pressing the lever, which would drop the bike on its side if kept going.
