This company stole £45,000,my whole life savings.I had no experience with trading,put my trust in this person,she was very persuasive,talked as if she knew what she was doing.My last transaction was for£30,000.ill never forget her excitement when she rang me, quick, quick get it all in, how much have you got?.I hadn't time to even think about it, she told me i hadn't time, i need to act now.3 hours later, all my money was gone.Thats what 24 option will do to any investor.Please, please stay well away.

Stay away! I put there 250 euro. They called me still wanted to add more and more. Everything is good and so on. Then I was losing some money and winning - normal. In the end, I wasn´t there some time and I let my trade winning something. I came after few months to look there and that took away 80 euro, then Again 80 auro (as an inactivity fee) and then also 40 euro some compensation....in another words they have stolen all my money there. Tragedy.

This is a scam and should be shut down, Please, please do not use them. Chris told me that I should never trade on my own and only do as they say, that's with opening and closing a trade. They will harass and bombard you with emails and telephone calls until you respond and do as they say. They are extremely forceful, you are told that the margin has to be maintained at a certain level or you'll lose the trade. I was promised that I would not lose more than usd 250, within a week and a half, I lost usd 5 700. Richard was the first person I traded with, he had a different screen setup to the second person, Chris, when I asked about it, he became quite agitated. Richard and his assistant Ricardo, could only be contacted by email, after Chris contacted me, Richard and Ricardo were unreachable. My account is still open, I tried closing it by sending an email, google has replied that it is unreachable but will keep trying. Currently the margin on my account is negative and nobody has called or bombarded me with margin call emails.
Please, please, please beware this is a scam, they'll clean you out before you can blink, their reply is we don't control the markets.

I do not recommend broker calls every day to ask to add more money with promises of making big profits which never happened lost almost 20 thousand. Problem with withdrawal any money as soon I did want to do it I had call from a broker who was convincing to do not do it. Deliberately suggesting open a transaction in wrong direction to loose money and then again call to ask for more money highly do not recommend

They have changed thier trading platform to investmarkets.com.
They have an office in Malta

It's a so so company, I wouldn't recommend it from my experience.

Worst business of all, I'm glad I only "Invested" 250 euro, after I had gained a small revenue, I closed my account and requested a withdrawal of my balance, I took 24Option over two month of processing time to close my account, then they claimed that my account had been inactive for more than two month therefor they took a fee of 240 euro due the their written policy. This is scam of highest carat.

If you have nothing to do with your money try 24option. With the help of Ramona and Bruno,they will help you wipe out your account in just a week. Don't even try these fraudsters. These are thieves and should be locked in prison,luckily they have no regulation and are not licencef so you wont get back a cent from them. Such a shame.

E-Mails vorliegen, in denen mehrfach Identifiktionsunterlagen und Unterschriften angefordert wurden. Eine Mitarbeiterin Namens Sahdra Meyer hat mich zur Einzahlung veranlasst. Nachdem ich mich geweigert habe, mehr zu zahlen, hat sie gesagt, dann kann sie nichts für mich tun. Nachdem ich mehrfach versucht habe, mein Geld zurückzukommen, hat plötzlich ein Mann angerufen und mitgeteilt, dass dasGeld verzockt sei, obwohl ich keinerlei Trades freigegeben habe. Die Firma arbeitet mit verschiedenen E-Mail-Adressen, wie z.B. Billing, Support, Verifikation, Hello Sign, Support Trading Academy 360. Das sehe ich als Betrug an. Lasst die Finger davon.

Buenas noches..24 option es completamente una estafa..inverti inicialmente 250 dolares con lo cual gane 370 dolares mas..luego me pidio invertir mi agente llamado lucian 500 dolares mas..en total ya llevaba un saldo de 1.300 dolares y de un dia a otro..mi inversion desaparecio..llame para que me asesoraran y a los dias despues aparece el saldo nuevamente...a los tres dias despues me envian un correo que el margen habia quedado en cero...porque no habia cerrado las operaciones..siendo que habia realizado todo con la orientacion del agente...asi que por esta mala experiencia....les digo que lo piensen 20 veces antes de entrar a esta pagina..realmente es una estafa....

This is a scam and must be shutdown.

These people have a fake trading platform that mimics a real trading site.

If you make money on this site they will shut down your account and lock you out.

You will be harassed by them to keep on funding your account and they even hope you sell your house and your children to do so.

They will give you bad trading advise and if you don't believe them you will be harassed until you do as they say.

This is a scam designed to make you believe you lost your money to a volatile market.

But they do not perform real trading they take your money and give you smoke screen and mirrors to make you believe you lost it fair and square to the market.

The questions they ask you are a clear indication of there intent and a legit broker will never ask you these questions.

There are many legal sites that war agents them and influencers that promote them for a profit.

Please save your self the stress and drama and make sure you do comprehensive research before you chose a broker.

I had a very bad experience with them and I lost all my investments due to incorrect guiding and they put more pressure on you to continuously top up your account. This is a genuine feedback and I would definitely not recommend anyone to open or trade their platform if you are not a very experienced trader. Awful experience and never will I trust anyone from their Brokerage firm

Complete joke, complaints department have taken 6 months of me chasing to basically say tough take it or leave it. Has cost me a fortune and as they have had their license taken away I have no choice. Customer service is disgusting, clearly license was removed as they are not very good and not very helpful unless your giving them money

Buenas tardes, he tratado de comunicarme con mi ascensor 24option y no he resibido ningún llamado, llevo unas semana tratando de contactarlo, desde que me indico que devia realizar algunos movimientos antes de retirar mi saldo y creo que ahora quedó en cero, pues bien no he recibido ningún asesoramiento o indicación de que sucedió, en definitiva mal asesoramiento. Por lo cuál es más parecido a una estafa que inversión. Menos mal que sólo inverti lo mínimo para probar, pretendía invertir más pero con gente poco responsable como estos no se puede. Tenía grandes espectativas pero fue un deserción. Lo bueno que ahora podré no recomendar en redes sociales, a otra jente que no invierta en esta plataforma, por poco confiable y sin respaldo. pésima atención.

Aufgrund einer chronischen Erkrankung konnte ich leider fast 1 Jahr nicht aktiv sein bei 24option. Habe lange und viele Telefonate mit meinem Accountmanager geführt und ihm meine Erkrankung erklärt. Jetzt geht es mir etwas besser und da muss ich feststellen, dass 24option mir Inaktivitätsgebühren abgezogen hat. Bedeutet mein ganzes Geld ist weg. Als erstes waren es Wartungsgebühren, dann Inaktivitätsgebühren. Dann sagte sie es wäre das gleiche. Erst können die Gebühren nicht zurückgezahlt werden, dann aber doch wenn ich meine Krankheit nachweise! Jetzt werden von mir Nachweise verlangt die meine Erkrankung belegen, leider kann mir die gute Dame vom Support aber nicht genau sagen welche. Es gibt zur Auswahl ein Dokument ohne, dass sie weiß was für eins oder was drin stehen muss. Dann muss es ein Nachweis sein. Dann fragt sie mich was ich schicken könnte. Dann war sie wieder beim offizielen Dokument aber genau was für eins kann sie mir nicht sagen. Dann wollte sie ein Gesundheitszeugniss mit Diagnose und ärztlicher Verschreibung, also ein Rezept... Und zum schluß wollte sie eine Krankschreibung. In den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ist nicht formuliert was für ein Nachweis man erbringen muss und in welcher Form! Hier wird man betrogen und für dumm verkauft.!!! Das Ende vom Lied wird wohl eine Anzeige sein und das einschalten meines Rechtsanwaltes. Und am wichtigsten das öffentlich machen dieser Vorgehensweise von 24option!!!

Put a 300 deposit in 24 option, as I was new in to trading I did not place any trades straight away
After finishing a course I went on my account to make a trade and found a zero balance
I contacted the company who told me because of no action on my account they took a small fee.......the whole 300
They didn't notify me by email that this was going to happen
