24option is a complete waste.. never deal with them. When you call their UK line there will be no answer, u will stay on the line for over 10 minutes and still no human being to talk to.
Avoid this brokers. I did not choose them but ended up with them cos my trading on bitcoin trader website

My main rule of investing is not to be afraid to take risks, but at the same time, the risk should be justified. Everything is justified here and trading is more than convenient. However, all the same, there is not enough information about other possible strategies, for example, in articles or something like that…

I put initially £250 and they pressure my to up the amount to £8,500 to give me an improved leavage, then subsequently gave me trades in gold and crude oil going up based on events of Trump and Iran deal, put no stop loss was put in place so I lost the fund and invested further to claw back same scenario occurred with trades of currencies based around GBP. Therefore I have withdrawn a pittance and recommend 24option as a bunch of crooks, there is a site called Ellis & Burlington who supposedly deal with recovering lost funds for a fee of 16%. I'm contemplating using them to recover mine. They have caused great stress and have caused my wife to leave me, not allowing me even try to recover my funds through invested in Big company successes through another broker that could have netted me in two goes £5,000. Please, please do not be fooled by their pressure sales they are well practiced in persuading you into parting with funds.

At first it looks pretty serious, but then it became a nightmare. They will tell you a lot of fairy tales, but don’t believe them!! 24options don’t care about people, they only care about money!!!

They will not only wish you a Merry Christmas, but also will arrange you a Merry Crisis! I was scammed by 24options this month. Their brokers took my money and left me with almost nothing. A good thing is that I didn’t give them the rest. Their fraud scheme is very simple. You invest money and when you try withdrawal it from deposit account, they reject your request. Then, your account magically become inactive and they leave you with a credit! Be careful, they are scammers!

THEY CANNOT EXPLAIN TO ME WHERE MY FUNDS WENT TO THAT I WITHDRAW AND NEVER RECEIVED!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERS!!! I LOST ALL THE MONEY I DEPOSITED....

Sono semplicemente scandalosi..... hanno sottratto 2000 euro in 10 giorni per inutilizzo dell'account. Ho fatto ricorso all'autorità di controllo di Cipro e sono peggio di loro.... Alla larga....... si salvi chi puo' .... se cercate di prelevare vi accorgerete di cosa avete a che fare.....

Bad customer service will the staff will help you to loose all your money then you will be ignored do not sign up with them I now believe its all a scam so be careful.

They keep calling although I cancelled the account and asked to delete my personal data in clear violation of GDPR regulations.
To make things worse I asked them not to call and they responded that they would call again.

Wouldn’t even give them one star put £250 into account tried to withdrawal and couldn’t then did not use account for 2 months and charged £68 first month for inactivity then £102 second month not worth the effort .annoy you constantly with phone calls to trade and then when you have a problem you can’t get hold of them . 24Option a big scam!!! Deposited the minimum amount via my card. 24Option accepted without any problem or condition. Then I found a website with a lot of complaints about 24Option. Decided to withdrew my deposit and closed my account. Sudden I had to meet a lot of condition, which I did. Requested ALL my money back and to close my account. Only received 57.55% of my money back. Did not make a single trade. Just made the deposit and then requested a full refund and account closure. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM 24OPTION THEY WILL CON YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

Il mio consiglio é: lascite perdere questo trader, e vi spiego il perchè:
1) l pubblicità indica che puoi registrarti gratis per cominciare a fare esperienza con la demo invece l'operatore che ti contatta ti chiede un versamento min. di € 250,00 ( traatabili ) non potevo e l' ho fatto di € 200,00;
2) essendo neofita ho chiesto di fare molta pratica prima di cominciare, il tutor dice di si e dopo pochi gg ti spinge a fare trading con il tuo denaro:
3) ho avuto un problema con una posizione, nel senso che un titolo che avevo in portafogli è stato venduto al prezzo dello stoploss quando dal grafico risulta che il prezzo fosse molto piu' alto, quando ho chiesto spiegazioni ( sintetizzo ) al mio tutor mi ha detto che la somma che avevo in portafogli ( nel frattempo avevo effettuato altri 2 versamenti x un totale di € 600,00) era troppo bassa ed era difficile operare, senza darmi risposta al mio quesito;
4) ho chiesto di cambiare tutor, quello nuovo si presenta e ripeto la domanda sulla presunta anomalia della vendita del titolo in portafogli e comincia a saltare gli appuntamenti telefonici:
5) avevo impostato l'acquiso di un titolo, avendo letto notizie negative volevo annullare l'ordine, quando contattato dal tutor chiedo spiegazioni su entrambi le presunte anomalie ( magari c'è una spiegazione logica ) dice di avere poco tempo e che mi avrebbe risposto la volta successiva,
sparito.
Ora come ho scritto magari c'è una spiegazione ma non avendo ricevuto rirposte cosa dovrei pensare? E poi se 2 indizi fanno una prova qua di indizi è ne sono molti di piu'.
Per me se potete evitate questo trader.

Depositato 200 euro , operazioni effettuate ZERO , meno di un mese dopo ho prelevato le 200 euro che avevo depositato e mene hanno date solo 120... tramite ma chat mi hanno detto che era tutto scritto... etc etc... gli strozzini si prendono meno interessi !!! Vergogna ....ah .... il tizio che prima mi chiamava 6/7 volte al giorno non mi risponde nemmeno più alle email ..... siete delle IENE !!!!!

These People won't stop calling me. I made the mistake of being a customer of theirs for a few days some 4 years ago. I quickly took my money back once I saw how flawed their system was. I told them to take me off the list and not call me again. They now call me almost every week asking if I would be their customer again. I tell them to go away and yet they still don't leave me alone.

I thought i am the only one that had a bad experience with 24 options until i checked other reviews written here just now. The only difference between my experience and most of the ones i've read is that is their excuse for my inability to withdraw is because i changed my credit card and the new digits does not correlate with that in their database. A convincing excuse indeed- it kept me confused for 3 months till i checked online and saw the alternative to get my fund back via new cryptotech softwares. I reported to Mr Mosley's mail: johnmosley509@protonmail. com and he got everything back for me yesterday. I can't still believe my £150000 is back. This is my best moment this year.
