My wife and I ordered matching wedding bands from 25karats after careful deliberation. The price was excellent and the customer service was absolutely tremendous. Semra went above and beyond to help and answer all of our questions. We received our rings yesterday are elated. They didn't just meet, they exceeded our expectations. I read these negative reviews and I chuckle. I am in sales myself and work with the public every day and it is very true that you just can't please everyone. I have no doubt that 25karats did everything within their power to please these customers.

The service and quality that I received from 25Karats has been excellent. The workmanship with the ring that I purchased was of high quality and the delivery timeline was unbeatable. When the ring was first made and delivered, I noticed that I provide the wrong size for the ring, without any hesitation, they took the ring back and within a couple of days shipped the ring in the right size. The service, particularly the communication with the the service provider was prompt, professional and overall extremely pleasant! I recently purchased a ring for my brother from this company. My brother lives in New York and I live in Kent, England. I was initially worried about using an online company but they were amazing.

The company has a helpful online chat function and the person who dealt with me ('Semra') could not have been more helpful. She sent a free ring sizer to my brother. She also spoke to him on the telephone as she was concerned that he would need a slightly larger size in light of the design of the ring.

The resulting ring and inscription are beautiful and my brother is delighted. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Bought my wedding ring from here. Customer service was excellent. The ring came too small, they adjusted with no problems. I had issues with customs the second time the ring was sent back, 25karats were more than happy to help assist regarding this. I was left very impressed and would certainly purchase again.

What a great customer service this company has. I want to thank especially Nevy for making our custom wedding bands so special. They are very quick and responsive to the emails. They helped us to design sapphire and diamond combination antique wedding bands. We get a lot of compliments. I highly recommend 25karats! Thank you soo much!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay as far away as possible from this company. Their attitude towards customers and even their own product is not worth anything you might see valuable. Ordered a set of wedding bands from them with engraving. They sent the wrong size. We got them resized locally. After hours of explaining on phone, they refuse to fix their fault. Stay away. Do not buy from these people. No business ethics at all.

The wedding band I ordered was shown in mixed gold colors and satin finishing. With the extremely user-friendly website, I was able to preview the wedding band in all shiny 18 kt. gold. I ordered the ring, and my customized band arrived within two weeks. The quality is spectacular and the band is prettier than pictured. 25karats.com is superior.

My brother sent me some diamonds from Belgium for our wedding. I consulted 25karats about a setting for the stones and Nevi promptly sent me a sketch of a suggested setting. I really liked it and instructed him to proceed with the fabrication once we agreed on a price. Within a week he sent me a mock up of the actual setting with the diamonds in place. I approved the mock up and asked him to proceed with the actual fabrication. The finished settings were sent to me in a timely manner, and needless to say I was overwhelmed once I saw the rings. They are beautiful. Our wedding will always be special thanks to Nevi and his colleagues at 25karats. They are a great company to do business with.

I wanted to order a new setting for my current diamond wedding ring. My old ring was white gold, which shortly after I got married I discovered I was allergic to. I have now been married for 13 years, and I finally was able to change out the setting. I looked at a couple local jewelers and searched on-line, and kept coming back to 25 Karats. Their rings were much more beautiful than anything else I could find, and I loved that they offered palladium, since platinum was a little out of my price range (for the style of ring I preferred) and white gold was not an option for me. I wanted a setting with lots of diamonds and sparkle and I was not disappointed. My ring is GORGEOUS!!!! I can't stop looking at it! It is unique and almost antique looking, yet very modern at the same time. I mailed my old wedding ring to them and they reset my diamond into their ring. It was a little scary for me to do this, but they treated my old ring with care and concern and returned the old setting looking polished and lovely with a cubic zirconia replacement. I sent many emails, since I was concerned about sending my diamond all the way across the country, and Nevy returned every one of them in a timely and considerate manner. This is one very happy girl!!! Thank you 25 Karats!!!

We bought our wedding bands from 25 karats. They had the best selection of styles , great prices, and when I called to ask a few questions, Atilla was so helpful. The rings arrived on time and they look beautiful. They design was even better than the website showed, actually even more detail than I had thought. We chose palladium and I wasn't sure if they would have that "shine" but they do and they look just gorgeous. We really couldn't be happier.

We purchased our wedding band set from 25karats based on a friends recommendation and we are very happy. The rings are awesome. They are really heavy and are true to the advertised gram weights. Website ordering, curtesy call to verify the order and the packaging were top notch. We will definitely come back and recommend you. Thank you.

Please avoid this place at all costs. Yes, the prices are good. But you will pay if your ring isn't made correctly. My husband ordered a diamond anniversary band from 25karats and when it came, there were some workmanship issues...the shank was not round, someone polished off too much on one side, the filigree work on the band was wavy and sloppy. The scroll work was supposed to be in the shape of a heart, but the heart was wavy and lumpy. Very disappointed. We called the company and asked them if they would be kind enough to send us a Fed Ex label to pick up the ring so we could immediately return it to them. First GK, one of their customer service reps, told us they would. THEN customer service rep Nevy called us back later and changed his story. He said he would not give us a prepaid Fed Ex label after all, and that we had to send it back on my dime, and THEN they'd reimburse us the shipping costs.

Fine. We grumbled about it, but mailed it back. When they received it, they REFUSED to refund us our shipping costs like they promised! They claimed the ring was made perfectly (it definitely wasn't) and that therefore they would not refund us our shipping costs like they promised. They do not keep their word; it obviously means nothing to them. It's disgraceful and disgusting. Shipping costs were only $20. You think they'd care enough about a customer to refund them the $20 like they promised. The workmanship issues were upsetting, but not keeping their word to us was way worse.
