Purchased online from an advertisement that made it sound like I was purchasing from the brand not some crap re-sale shop. Never made it clear items were final and non returnable. Customer service is useless.

I would not recommend 260 Sample Sale. I placed a large order from Scanlan Theodore and Eberjey, around 15 pieces all together, and only received 2 items. The rest of the order with lost and 260 Sample Sale, dealing with Khaye, could not provide any explanation for this and was generally very unhelpful and unprofessional in assisting with resolving the matter. Eventually I received a partial refund but did not get a refund on any of the shopping nor route protection. I'd heard of this happening and read a number of similar reviews about this occurring but thought would be okay. I expect the website is a bit of a scam so would recommend exercising caution / buying direct.

I was surprised to read so many negative reviews. I purchased 7 items from the parksproject sale they had last month and although they didn’t notify me when my items shipped, I still received everything. It did take about 2-2 1/2 weeks to receive my items but that’s fine by me. The products are the same as they are from the actual company, everything was shipped neatly, I saved a lot, I can’t complain. I know many people that order from 260sample sale and have had positive experiences so I was surprised that there are so many negative reviews.

FRAUD ! You be better off copping shades from Walmart

These people are doing fraud, as soon as you look at their items , they take to the checkout and they charge you , for the past two weeks I have been asking for my money and they are playing game with me , this is fraud. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM , you get nothing and you lose your money

They sent the wrong item to me, and I asked to return or replace it, they said they would contact the supplier and then disappeared. I reached out around 8 times, but most time they just did not reply to my email, I got 2 replies but just asked me to wait. It's almost one month. They don't have a customer service phone number to contact, only by email, and online chat. But online chat is a scam, I waited from 12:30 to 6 pm, and nobody even said one word. I reached out directly to the supplier, and the supplier told me they sent a return label to the 260. But still no response from 260!

LISTEN TO REVIEWS! Do NOT buy from them online - they take zero responsibility for orders! If its damaged, wrong, you don't get your items, etc. - they will not help you and will not do anything about it. They will ignore you and you will never get your items. Trust me, I am an avid online shopper and go to their in-store sales but I will never buy from them online. I probably won't go to their in store sales anymore either based on this experience and neither will my friends.

Completely fraudulent business - stay away. Thank goodness for Amex buyers protection because my order has been missing for over a month. I’ve emailed countless times, called and left multiple messages, and even tried to reach them on social media. No one will respond. Do nor be fooled by this shopping site if you expect to receive your order.

No, no, no, no, no. I ordered a pair of Derek Lam pants that never came. It took 3 follow-ups and 6 weeks to get my money back. The kicker was that I could have gotten them from Nordstrom for less but since I already ordered from this final sale place, I skipped it. So now, no Derek Lam pants for me. With all the bad reviews, I have no idea why this place even attempts to sell online.

They're not sample sale store. They're basically dropshipping i.e. taking your money and then ordering from overseas like China to backfill your items.

Here's my experience: Placing my order on 20 Aug, received order confirmation right away. However, until 07 Sept when I didn't receive any shipping information, I emailed them asking and it took them 7 days to reply back that the order would be shipped the next week. Time passed, my order still didn't arrive, I emailed them again. AND ANOTHER 7 DAYS FOR THEM TO REPLY ON 19 SEPT! And it wasn't good news either. They still haven't even shipped the order yet and informed me it would ship in the next 1-2 weeks, from Denmark! Denmark my a**, I guarantee they are waiting for items to be made from China.

At this point, I feel scammed and I would never buy from 260 Sample Store again.

If I could give this online store 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience. I placed an order on August 18th with a PRE sale link - meaning I would get the first dibs on items before it was opened to the public. Order confirmed. One week passed, no update. Two weeks, no update. On week 3 I decided to contact Customer service and they assured me not to worry that my order would ship out soon. Week 4, no update. Again, I reached out and the same thing, "don't worry your order will ship out soon". Last night i got the email "Sorry your order has been cancelled". Fantastic. Great waste of my time. I was sure this would not happen as I ordered in the PRE sale and with the customer service rep telling me not to worry they promised it will get fulfilled. Customer service has no idea what is going on and when you email, they say, "We promise it will get resolved" They like to resolve their orders by just cancelling them.

Do not buy on line. Waste of time and money. Shop in the stores only.

I've ordered two items from 260samplesale.com on August 20, 2023, for $59.50 (Order #260SS283394 - $48 for items, $8 shipping, $3.5 tax). I was planning to use the items for a travel but soon realized that they would not arrive on time since the vendor would ship at least 10 days after the order. I requested a cancellation three days after the order date. All I've been hearing for the past three weeks is "We are still waiting to hear back from the brand regarding your cancellation request". After following up a few times, I was patiently waiting to get an update. On September 9, 2023, customer care marked my ticket as resolved. I found this out after receiving an email to rate the customer service representative - "How would you rate the help Racquel gave you?". Zero stars. I'm still waiting for a refund or an update from the warehouse. Stay away from 260samplesale at all costs.

I've been shopping at the physical 260 Sample Sales for over 10 years now. The new online version is a horrible mess. They have zero customer service and use a dropship system that creates a ton of problems.
They never update the tracking and lost my package from DVF with over $400 worth of dresses. I've been emailing them for close to a month with no resolution. They either don't respond or when they do say they are still waiting to hear from the brand. A month is way too long and they clearly don't care about their customers enough to help them.
So disappointed. I do not recommend shopping their online site.
It should be criminal to ignore a customer for a month.

I placed an online order with the company and been waiting for my order to ship according to their policy about 10-14 days proceeding time. After month passed, I emailed them and they responded that the item was sold out and will give me a refund... OFC another waiting.. 😡😡 (why would you show it available in online site at first?????). Such an useless website, totally agree with other reviews. 260sample isnt sale a thing, they initially took your money first and refund later.

Deserves NEGATIVE 0 stars! The worst worst customer service this is the second time I’ve experienced this with them! 1 time is a mistake but twice? pathetic. I placed my order almost a month ago and it still has not shipped out. According 2 Their policy it’s supposed to ship within 10-14 days. I Finally emailed them today
And suddenly I get an email saying 3 items are out of stock. Why would they tell me this now after I’m waiting weeks for my order! Had I known those items were out of stock I would’ve shopped elsewhere instead of waiting and missing out on other sales. Idk wat kind of circus they’re running here. Never shopping w them again

Do not order from this company online. I placed a large order on 8/24 and they never shipped it. It's been 30 days now.

Their customer service team is completely unresponsive. I contacted them multiple times and they responded once with an invalid FedEx tracking number.

I finally had to submit a chargeback with my credit card company to try and get my money back. That takes another 75 days to review - add that to the 30 days I've been waiting and it will be 105 days until I get my money back.

Don't shop with this company - it's a total headache and not worth it.

BEWARE before buying: Their warehouse oftentimes runs out of stock and it doesn’t reflect online. So if you buy items individually, intended to be a set, their warehouse runs out of stock - and you’re left with 1 out of 2 items of a set. They won’t let you cancel the order, even if you only proceeded with the purchase with the intention of buying a set.

So you can be left with 1 of 2 items of a set, along with a hefty shipping cost. Terrible online shopping experience!

Purchased items from an online sale during COVID. A month and a few follow ups later, they finally sent the merchandise. The package had only HALF of the items, but a packing slip for all. They refused to refund the money for the items I did not receive, and never sent the rest of the items. My emails and messages went completely unanswered.

Look at the comments on Instagram before shopping - there are many accounts detailing their encounters with the same issue.
