Jest to operator płatności dla pewnego dewelopera oprogramowania. Niestety po dokonaniu wpłaty za pośrednictwem tejże firmy sprzedawca nie wydał produktu. Natomiast 2co jako operator przyjął opłatę. Minęło ponad 4 dni i nie otrzymałem produktu w zakupie którego pośredniczył. Także zostałem oszukany. Nie korzystajcie z ich usług bo pośredniczą w wyłudzaniu pieniędzy. Przyjmują opłatę, a nie wydają produktu.

Tried to update my virus protection. The year before the payment information had been handled directly by the website and was authorised by my bank without issue; this year, the company had started using '2Co' which caused the bank to block the transaction and I received multiple 'suspected scam' calls from 020 (London) numbers. Cancelled my subscription and will not be using any product associated with 2C0, seems very sus

I asked customer support to extend my subscription. Instead, they canceled it, didn’t issue a refund, and stopped responding to my emails.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the services provided by 2CO.com, which I believe to be highly unprofessional and unreliable based on my experience.

Two years ago, I canceled a subscription to a software service. Despite this cancellation, I was unexpectedly charged by 2CO.com in 2025. When I reached out to their customer service to address this error, I received no resolution. Instead, I was directed to contact the software company, which in turn instructed me to resolve the issue with 2CO.com. This lack of accountability and communication resulted in an extremely frustrating experience.

After months of unresolved communication, I escalated the matter to my credit card issuer. Following a lengthy investigation, the bank successfully refunded the unauthorized charge. However, this experience has led me to question the integrity and responsiveness of 2CO.com.

Furthermore, I have discovered numerous online complaints from other customers reporting similar issues, which reinforces my concerns about the company’s practices. I strongly advise against using 2CO.com for online transactions due to their apparent lack of transparency and poor customer service.

I urge potential users to exercise caution when considering services processed through 2CO.com and to thoroughly research alternatives to avoid similar issues.

I have not even purchase a thing, and they keep trying to charge me. two attempts so far.

I paid 15 euro's for a bitdefender, turned out it was the free version, later paid bitdefender again... so do not do it thru this site..... this is a legit scam... and contacting them... not really possible, do NOT use this site, I lost my money, do not let it happen to you

Scammers refuse to let you cancel on their website. DO NOT trust them to manage any transaction for you.

This 2co.com try to charge me with 70 Gbp on my card. It's scam

Be aware these are back door merchants who also go under the name of Verifone. I had a £49.95 payment appear on my cc statement for an item I never ordered or wanted, tracing back I found they had set up a recurring payment of £8.06 that dated back to 2019 that this year became £49.95 read the review on Verifone for the rest of the story

this is a company that appears on you bank account& demand payment for what nothing never have delt with
them; when you try to contact them you appear to get no reply DO NOT HAVE ANTHING TO DO WITH THEM
