Well, this is quite an experience. 31bets tries to be a betting platform, but they seem to have forgotten the minor detail that people actually want to get their winnings. I’ve been waiting for a payout for 14 days, and of course, I’ve provided all the necessary documents – although I’m sure this will never get resolved because I probably forgot to attach the magical form that would somehow speed up the process.

At this point, I could’ve gone on vacation, built a house, and even written a book about how to avoid paying out money. So, if you like suspense and love being mocked in the face by someone who doesn’t keep their promises, 31bets is the place for you.

And let's not forget the cherry on top: their customer support. They don't respond to anything. Not a single reply to my emails, which makes me feel like I'm talking to a brick wall. It’s almost like their support team is on an extended vacation... permanently.

To whoever responsible for reading this, I hope this is great publicity for your company. We’d love to know when we’ll finally get what we rightfully deserve, but I guess that’s not in the plan.

I just wanted to withdraw some of my money that I have won but first they told me I need to verify my ID, so I did that. Then after a day of waiting for my withdrawal they told me its not enough and they need a video verification. I sent them the video too and now its been already 1 week and I can't still withdraw not even a dollar! They told me they still working on it and I have to wait.. How much longer will it be, another week, a month?

withdrawal declined even though i have verified my account. they asked for a video of me stating the current date, full name etc. No other casino does this, they just try to delay the withdrawal so you would play all your money. Also the betting system on live games is buggy, you cant bet.

Just opened an account on 31bet. Made 3 x deposits and no welcome bonus. No winning at all.
Contacted customer service about the welcome bonus and they were saying that the welcome bonus had to be manually activated immediately after deposit and before so any bet. Never heard something like that.
Have closed the account and never come back.

AFTER MONTH OF SENDING EMAILS BECAUSE I COULDNT BET BECAUSE OF SOME INVESTIGATION( didnt get explanation) and after for 100. time, I contacted via chat i get to withdrawl less than half money because of some “wagering requrement” .

their bonus policy is a complete scam, your deposits merge with bonus and you have only 2 options, complete the wagering requirements (impossible, it's 35x both deposit and bonus) or lose all the money. If you try to withdraw you have to cancel the bonus and everything will be cancelled.
Second, it seems that they can do whatever they want with your real funds and confiscate your real money funds because they state that you violated their terms (God knows which terms), so I had 3200 euros and now I have 50.
