Just turn around now and count yourself lucky. This place spends more time figuring out how to con people than serve people. Their home turf is in Chicago but they have rentals in smaller cities where they don’t want to pay anyone to manage them full time so what do they do? They create fake offices that are completely unmanned and hire twenty somethings to pose as other tenants and “tell on” everyone for the tiniest things. And these children (fresh out of high school it seems) all feel like they have to narc out someone or they won’t get paid. And ladies what is the one thing you remember about middle school and high school? If a girl doesn’t like you because she’s jealous of you she’ll do whatever it takes to destroy you. So imagine being twice these girls age coming in and being tossed head first right back into middle school. Every rumor you can imagine being told about you simply because they’re jealous of you. And management hangs on their every word. So then, in an effort to get rid of you, management begins to nickel and dime the hell out of you by creating charges and threatening to destroy your credit if you refuse to pay. These people are angry little people that have been hurt very badly at some point and want everyone else to hurt as bad as they do. Now just look the other way and pretend you didn’t see them…..and back away slowly.

Deluxe, second-rate agents in the NW suburbs. Hubby and wife Chris & Farra Weber both stood me up for the same showing at different dates. Chris was kind enough to deliver his pretense before my commute while Farra informed me remotely as I was looking for her on the premise. I concluded that if they have enough identifying information about you from the renting apps, they pre-screen you unknowingly then reject you by stifling the showing until you're unable to take more days off of work. Whenever I see 33 realty I'll know the property is managed by handsome quacks slightly more pretentious than me.
