I have inherited looking after a web site hosted on 34SP.com using CraftCMS, which is an excellent tool if you know what you're doing with it, and I don't! Because of my knowledge gap I have been a "high maintenance" user on their support service when we have had problems arising because I am unable to maintain it. I have found them to be very responsive and extremely tolerant of my questions which I am sure go beyond the scope of the support they should provide.

I look after a website for small charity and 34SP are helping them out with their free hosting for charities. Great bunch of people. I also run a paid hosted site with them.

They're professional and super quick to respond. Highly recommended.

I've been a client of 34sp since 1999 (24 years and counting!), and they are my favourite ISP of all time. No joke. One of the things that makes this company special is that they provide personal points of contact - you can speak to real human beings on the telephone and it doesn't take long to get through to them, you can email real human beings, those human beings are experts...and they are great! Over the years they've helped me with personal and professional websites, and the service is great. Whilst I sometimes use other platforms for pre-built website templates, the customer service never equals 34sp. Happy to give them a 5-star rating, and looking forward to celebrate being a quarter-century 34sp customer!

I host around 40 sites - my own and clients - with 34SP - and have done for a number of years. Cannot recommend them highly enough - especially their support - which is fast, friendly and extremely knowledgable. Most, if not all, the issues I have had were of my own doing - and they get my sites back on track without a problem or a fuss.

Great company which gives our charity free web hosting. Service is fast and fair always checking to make sure any issue is sorted. Excellant company to deal with.

The Hyperactive Children's Support Group is a registered charity founded in 1977, we have the usual website and e.mails etc hosted by 34SP and I have to tell you that their help and support is just great. This is an excellent hosting service; I've been with them for years after a recommendation from my tech repair guy. Excellent service - you can always reach tem on the phone if there's a problem for friendly, helpful service. They also have great eco/sustainability credentials - recommended.

I had a problem with my emails some time ago. After a few emails, I still couldn't get it to work properly, so 34sp arranged a telephone call. They went through it with me step by step. and behold it worked, and has been done since a couple of weeks ago.
One of the emails failed to work again, it turns out that 123-reg who had my domain on autopay, failed. to use the primary payment account. Consequently, the site had no presence and the connected emails failed to work. It was 34sp.com that found the problem and informed me. Service like this is very rare these days, so all credit to 34sp.com a company that looks after its clients personally.
