The support and follow-up from the executive from the moment she took over the case was excellent and friendly. She quickly resolved my questions or concerns as I worked through the request, and her knowledge of the topic was evident. Likewise, once the request was submitted, she monitored its progress and communicated to me daily any concerns she had. As part of the process, I appreciate that once the request was submitted, they didn't close the case or ticket, as it allowed me to stay in contact with the executive.

The communication was clear and direct. The problem was identified very clearly; once the 2FA deactivation was verified, the service connected immediately.

We had a terrible experience with these guys. First they advertise that they don't markup on messages and charge monthly fees for WhatsApp API. We signed up and spent thousands of dollars in development costs integrating our system with them. During development, whatever messages were sent, they are charging Pre-Usage fees, and Meta is also charging for the same. After reporting the issue with them, they failed to resolve it in ONE MONTH. Always the same answer, waiting for the Reply from Meta. If you are waiting for a reply from Meta, then why do you keep on charging double when Meta is already charging us? Support is nonexistent. Every time need to ask them and get the same reply after a few days.

i paid 19 euros and 49 euros to linked my whatsapp acoount its not linked and they dont give my money back now i will go to consumer rights court

Recently had to request support for my WhatsApp business integration. Had a great experience. The best part was that the request was handled in a coordinated way by a team of experts (Juhi, Vladimir and Lalitha) and each of them seamlessly picked up the conversation from previous chat and helped to resolve all queries with patience. Highly recommended.
