they sent me a consent to check my credit form then put a digital signature on it and checked my credit without my permission

I was very reluctant to seek financial assistance online. However after reading the reviews on this forum regarding 360 lending I decided to take a chance. I made a very good decision. This was a totally new experience for me : finding a lender other than a bank. After dealing with one of the big banks for over 15yrs, excellent track record with them, they wouldn’t give me the time of day let alone return a phone call.
Enter…360 Lending and in particular..Stephanie D.
My inquiry was responded to immediately and further contact was readily available, questions answered, full transparency. So encouraging for me as I was def a fish out of water.
My only wish was that she was able to follow through to the final stage of contract review and signing.
The person that handled contract review and signing made a massive error in the contract that fortunately I found. It got fixed however the first fix was also incorrect. This person was doing the minimum- just hurry; sign the contract. I’m saying this as a helpful criticism as improvement in the future.
Stephanie is more than capable of handling a contract from start to finish. She is resourceful, knowledgeable, transparent, kind and punctual.

From start to finish ( receiving the loan) I had to deal with 6 plus people. Very disconcerting. So to have the primary contact be able to complete all of the first steps would be very helpful.

Thank you and I would absolutely use 360 Lending again and hopefully have the help of Stephanie!
